Got room after 2 hours say by 3.15 pm.
Toilet was not clean, no linen was clean. Pillow was full of hairs. No bath towel provided. No drinking water, glasses were dirty. Mosquito liquid machine not working , tv remote not working..
Totally feeling myself shame by booking this hotel and your suggestion. This is my last booking through tou

Comparatively costly and very smaller room. congested room and facilty. Not recommended. located in main bazar which makes more difficult to reach location due to traffic

The haven't clean our room earlier and they just did on our arrival. The room was dirty and not even basic facilities like soap and towel were provided. On top of it, there were mosquitoes in the room.

The hotel was not in a well located area there are fish shops near by and we booked through owner’s number and we payed 1000 rs advanced and when we came to the hotel they said to stay at another room and they said to wait till 9-10 to get our room but turned out to be 12am still the room were so dirty and disgusting,the toilets were stinky,the bedsheets were full of dust made everyone sneeze the whole night and the wiring were also so bad that we might shocked anytime and their customer service were so bad they were lowkey shouting at us.

I travelling with families that include six men, women, and children.After reviewing the show rooms, it was discovered that the facilities were really poor and unclean. The first problem was that the receptionist was intoxicated when i checked in.I have not yet stayed at this hotel.I've sent the photo proofs. I inform with proof and ask take action on this hotel do something and request refund ..noting doing anything

The blankets, blankets, washroom and room were not clean at all. There was no hanger to hang the clothes and even after we switched to deluxe as standard rooms were of bad quality, the above mentioned issue remained.
Service was also poor.
We could have ignored other things but bad service quality was not something we could settle upon.
Even if we called for cleaning, no one came and for a simple thing like water, we had to call twice or thrice.
