We celebrated our parents 40th Wedding Anniversary and fathers 75th Birthday in Fortune Resort Sullivan Court, Ooty. The staff there very courteous and very welcoming. Did meet Hari from the Food & Beverage dept, he was very helpful and assisted us starting from the Menu Compilation, Seating preferences, Live Counters, starters and theme. He ***** with Prithvi, well coordinated with the external vendors (decorations and few other external arrangements) vs their staff to make sure all our requirements were fulfilled during the function. Overall the function was very grand and successful. We did check multiple hotels in the same category such as Sterling and Taj but Sullivan court was on top of the comparison. Food was very good and the service was perfect. I would strongly recommend Fortune Resort Sullivan Court to my family and friends in Ooty.

We had a truly delightful 7-night stay end May 2025 at Hotel Fortune Sullivan Court , and we are grateful for the exceptional hospitality extended to us by the entire team. From the warm smiles of the staff and manager to the delicious breakfast and dinners, everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, especially for the children, who thoroughly enjoyed activities like Tambola and Magic shows. The happy hours in the evening were a thoughtful touch, and the ever-changing weather—sometimes sunny, sometimes drizzly—added to the charm of this beautiful hill station in Ooty, Tamil Nadu. The entire experience felt like a 5-star celebration of comfort, care, and class. Gratitude to Mr Rajan. Travelled with my parents (senior citizen) and family. The staff is very helpful and always met us with a smile. The rooms were very well maintained with beautiful garden view. Recommended stay for families. Has all facilities for a luxurious stay.

I stayed at Fortune Sullivan Court, Ooty from 13th May’25 till 16th May’25 with my mother. I just have to say it was a home away from home. The hotel has a real sense of community and warmth, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities and facilities exceeded our expectations, and we felt very comfortable during our stay The hospitality of all the staff is exceptional. I had a fall in Ooty and injured my left foot, being away from home and my rest of the family, the help I received from the staff at Fortune Sullivan Court I cannot express in words as they were very caring and did all that they could to make me feel better in terms of my health. A big thank you to the front desk executive who arranged medicine for me, a very big thank you to Sreenithi who handled not only just my booking efficiently but handled the situation extremely well when I fell sick. Sreenithi is very courteous and helpful. Not to forget Monica from guest relations who always welcomed us with a smile and had a solution to any problem which we faced during our stay and also resolved the problem with immediate effect. So, thank you to Monica too. Also, the inputs we received from Monica regarding eateries at Coonoor were also very helpful and the place she suggested was indeed very good and my mother and me relished the food. I also want to thank all the staff in the restaurant for their wonderful service. Must say our overall experience was so good that whenever we think of going to Ooty next, our stay will surely be at Fortune Sullivan Court. The stay at Fortune Sullivan Court, Ooty left a pleasant and good memory in our mind & hearts in spite of my foot injury.
