I made a reservation online. The price was $85. The credit card came through for $120. In calling to correct the error, I could not understand the accent of the two different people with whom I talked. I asked for a supervisor both times. No one called me back. I called the phone number number of the hotel itself and at about 5 o’clock the night before to talk with the manager. He was gone for the day. I checked in about 2 o’clock in the afternoon, I asked to speak to the manager. He was gone for the day. The room was adequate but the bathroom was not. It was dirty. There was no soap in the liquid soap dispenser and the shower floor was dangerously slippery. The towels were skimpy. When I checked out, I asked to speak with the manager. You guessed it, he was gone for the day. I left my phone number for him to call me. He never called me.
