The room is fine, its just that when I request for cleaning, they did floor sweeping only as its beyond 5pm and no housekeeping is available. But when we came back, the room smelled like poop. 😒 we just clean the floor with a wet wipes since they cant do anything as the housekeeping is only available during 8-5pm 🙄 Bathroom has no bidet too 😔

Nothing in expiation no location every thing was old and not clean and aircon noisy not cooling and many things

We stay for 2 nights..facilities was okay, other services like airport pick up is not available and front desk told us iTs not updated in the online, upon check out i forgot our towel, and when we call the next day they are telling its’s not there😔, about the free breakfast it should be buffet but instead they gave us meal per person only..

Service is okay, staffs are courteous but very few servers at the resto. Not PWD and SC friendly hotel. No elevator and no hot shower 😒 No slippers as well.

Stayed here after getting a late flight into the airport. Nice pool but expensive for what it is.

The hotel room was very dirty, with dusty beds, bugs all around the room, and a very hot shower. And the food is dry, and we went to a reunion but the food was cold. The only almost good thing was the pool.

The locations was good, the sunsets were amazing. But resort is very tired and run down. The room had major issues. The TV was old and the picture was horrible. The phone didn't work. The food in the restaurant was cold, until I requested it be warmed up. The reason for the 3 rating instead of lower was it's only a 3 star hotel

We always enjoy our stay at Appletree! We love the staff, the location, the food,and of course the newly upgraded rooms! Opol Beach is a great place to spend as a couple or a family! Located in between the airport and the city of Cagayan De Oro! Great value for your money! Thanks!

Dirty room. Dirty beddings. Seems like not replaced with a new one when I entered the room. The comfort room is also dirty. The place is just okay. The staff is not that approachable. The food is just okay, not worth the price. Just my own opinion.

Worst customer service you’ll get with the front desk on duty, Lyka and her companion, I think it’s her supervisor on duty 11-2-24 4:30pm. claiming it as a a busy day. . Very inconsiderate and not minding customer’s appeal to consider adult with small kids to pass the other side of the gate going to the reception area, claiming it is an exit but pips cant still enter and exit the entrance area. If you don’t have somebody with you during your trip, you would have to go back all the way back to their front area just to pay for the entrance. Kesyo busy daw and daghan tao. Like ***, Hadlok man ug malusotan and mabayran. Inaana nani ka walay halin or market ang apple tree na maski simple hangyo dili man mahatag sa mga clients? Management pls do something about it, youve been here ages already not to give way simple appeal. Madaot imong bakasyon kng diri ka.

AC not working properly, the whole night light was on coz switch was not working

They really take care of me and let's me relax and the food is great. Pool water is clean and the ocean view is nice. Outside breakfast in the morning perfect time. When i return to the Philippines I will stay at apple 🍎 tree again and again .

Great pool, staff and location.Rooms need updates First the staff are amazing. good food too. Pool area is beautiful. Beach out front a nice swim. Watch for glass etc on this beach, I had my heel cut while looking for shells for my daughter. But guard helped me and then pool attendant cleaned and bandaged my foot. Lanai room on ground floor very tired furniture with broken frame on sliding door, ants galore. If ww stay again we will ask to have renovated room. We purchased two rooms the extra for family guests. They were on second floor and say there were not ants in the room.
