"The hotel is very old and undergoing renovations; the rooms are in very poor condition, and the breakfast was disastrous. They should normally close it down and reopen it after it's been renovated. A bad experience and very, very disappointed; it ruined our family weekend."

"I booked a premium suite for my little family with a price that exceeds standards. Hotel offers being very limited in Algeria where there is not much choice, I opted for this hotel despite its high price. I had to turn around at the time of check-in and not stay on principle for two reasons: - Access to the swimming pool and the Aqua park is not included in the price of the room, despite the fact that this one, as already mentioned, goes beyond the standards. - The reception asks for a DEPOSIT, yes yes, a supposedly 5-star hotel which requires a deposit of around €150 which should cover I don't know what! I am Algerian and I am ashamed of the hotel offerings in my country. A 5-star hotel, recently inaugurated which does not grant access to its swimming pool to its residents and sells access to its swimming pool to everyone, residents or not. And also, a hotel, not an apartment rental company, a hotel that requires a deposit!!!"

"Excellent location: near tram station Houha Tlemcen (2 stops from 1.11. Square) - 5 min walk and lower station of the funicular for Jebel Murdjadjo - 15 min walk. Very clean. Towels are changed every day. Copious breakfast included (mostly sweet fare). Very kind staff. They were able to find the car with the driver for a whole day excursion to Tlemcen at a very reasonable price. Big parking lot. WiFi OK (but switched off between midnight and 7 AM)."

"A suite at 15,000 DA: no fridge, no carpet in the bathroom. Breakfast room: incredible because there are old-fashioned thermoses, one for coffee and the second for milk, as well as small plastic spoons, which are really very old-fashioned. Even public establishments have stopped this kind of cheap service. You should at least buy professional machines to serve various hot drinks... You can see the attached photos. I will give a rating of 5/10 and not more than 3 stars... My thanks to the staff at the reception."

"I stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed my stay. When I checked out, I left my luggage with the front desk. Sometime during my stay and/or when my luggage was left with the hotel, my Tumi luggage tag was taken. I notified the hotel. The hotel said they would pull the videos and get back to me. No one did. I have sent numerous emails to the hotel. The hotel didn't respond. Then they did respond, and said they would get back to me. They didn't respond again. Very disappointing. Stay elsewhere."

"Personnel very unfriendly. I was there for three nights, and when leaving, I asked for Bill with all details, including a room service I ordered during my stay. The lady refused and said the bill will not include it, and that I should have asked for a bill when I got the room service. Even sending this bill separately to me via email was not an option. I felt like I'm dealing with thieves. The checkout was also very slow. This is hotel I will never visit again. I do not recommend it at all."

"A hotel that's just okay to be fair. The rooms are a bit cramped for the standard, the breakfast is basic, the restaurant kitchens are apparently poorly ventilated which causes odors to rise into the rooms. Even though the hotel is close to the center, it is still located in a neighborhood that is under construction. Yes, I almost forgot the lounge or whatever, located on the ground floor, which creates an incredible racket."
