Amica Serviced Apartments

We stayed in a studio apartment which was a little smaller than we expected, however, it was very well appointed and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and serviced daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good being a short walk to the main street with lots of restaurants and hotels to choose from.

Great apartment would recommend. Comfortable bed, great amenenties in room, large bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is the smoke alarm above the bed which flashes. When sleeping is difficult not to see it as it lights up the room. Would be 5/5 if you could fix that!

We booked directly via phone, spoke to Tabatha. We requested a deluxe One Bedroom Apartment. Tabatha recommended booking us into a room which provided a view. I booked two nights.The room we were presented with was located within the undercover car park. Both the bedroom and the kitchenette had highlight windows only, which looked directly into the undercover carpark. The only view to the outside was a glass sliding door, which led to the side of the building, looking onto a three-metre-high fence. The accommodation was dark & cold, without much natural light. Reception hours seem to be indicative as the door was locked & lights off. I attended reception just after 5pm, the sign at the door states they close at 5:30pm, whereas the website states 6:00pm. Two early morning false fire alarms, necessitated evacuations by hotel guests each time. No communication came from reception. We left that morning, one day earlier than booked without receiving a refund. I am very, very disappointed with the management of Amica apartments, the unreliability of the comments/information from the reception staff and the quality of the accommodation.

unfortunately the lifts were broken for 3 days of my stay resulting in walking in and out via an unsecured , unlocked doorway in a secluded area . I understand the cleaning policy of we dont do your dishes , unfortunately this means that when other guests didnt clean properly it falls on you. The kettle outside was greasy , several plates , glasses and most of the cutlery had to be washed before use which was not the service I was expecting. I shouldnt have to clean before i use things and i do believe things should be clean before a new guest . Also was asked to complete a survey and this was the link ....

It was very convenient and clean. Perfect for a 3 night stay.

Fantastic communication, clean and tidy room. I checked in late after hours and everything was a smooth process. Undercover and underground carparks were available. Would recommend to anyone who is travelling to orange, whether a long or short stay
