Hello, First of all I would like to state that I travel very often 2 weeks a month. 2 nights I stayed at this hotel they couldn't stop praising the breakfast it wasn't that good I don't mind that we ate only a few bites anyway I find it strange that a very mediocre toast made with salami is charged I don't mind it either (215 TL) but I have never had toast and eggs for breakfast at a hotel for a fee. When I told the reception about this he arrogantly said that toast and eggs cannot be free at any hotel he called his friend from Hilton etc. He didn't get the answer he wanted and I left without stooping to his level. And when I asked for toast they didn't tell me it was extra charged just toast :). The location is good the rooms are not bad a little small there was a smell from the sinks on the first day the smell was gone the second day. I thank the lady who cleaned the room for folding my clothes. The restaurant staff are indifferent gather together like neighborhood bullies and gossip. The blonde woman at the reception is very rude. Customer satisfaction is 3 out of 10.

I have never seen a worse city hotel in my life, we bought the rooms as they were 25 square meters, they were only 15 square meters, it was narrow, there were 2 mosquitoes in the room, there was also a cigarette smell coming from the bathroom ventilation, the staff was surly and acted like they were mocking the customers, I took the huge suitcases to the room myself, no one helped me. Especially the staff in the restaurant is a disaster, they reserved the best table for people coming from outside, they are disrespectful towards the people staying at the hotel, I have 3 glasses in my hand and they stare blankly at me while trying to take them away, people will help and at least try to take one...

Otel şehir merkezinde her yere yakın güzel bir otel. Odalar temiz ve rahat. Fitness salonu var. Restoranı en üst katta şehir manzaralı ve yemekler de kahvaltısı da çok çok iyi kaliteli ve temiz. Lezzetli de ayrıca. Ancak bir sorun oldu. Spa ile ilgili verilen info da eksik ve yanlış bilgiler verildi. Biz bay bayan karışık sauna düşünürken otele giriş yapıp saunaya gittiğimizde ayrı ayrı olduğu söylendi ve saat ile alakalı kosıtlamanın olmadığını söylediler ancak gittiğimizde sürenin dolduğunu ve kapandığı söylendiler. Ailecek bir gece konakladık. Oda biraz küçük, ancak rahattı. Kahvaltı açık büfe ***et yeterli idi. Kahvaltıda en güzel şey camın arkasına konan martıların masalardan birşeyler koparmak için yaptığı hareketler idi. Otel konumu çok iyi. Her yere yakın kapalı otopark mevcut.
