Nice, New 2 Bedroom, Orem State Street, close to UVU/BYU

Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi didn't work the full time. Door entry worked fine. Communication was good. Didn't hear road noise.

Good for the frugal traveler The owner is amazing at communicating. Located in basement of old building. but clean inside. Not recommended for old person or hot natured people. No ceiling fans, no control of AC, and steep/not very wide stairs to access. Overall it it was ok for the price point we were looking for. Plenty of paper products and laundry soap. Be sure to bring your shampoo/body wash if staying more than one night.

Just what we wanted! Great place to stay. Layne was quick to answer questions and respond to my communication. We would stay here again!

Great and clean apartment (in basement of commercial building) We had a great stay in this Vrbo in Orem. The pictures were accurate and apartment was well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable. There were drinks made available in the fridge and even shampoo, body wash, toothbrush (if you forgot to bring one). The only thing that was not expected was the apartment is in the basement of a commercial building and the entrance to the place is old and has a very difficult deadbolt to open (photos of this were not included in the listing). We had to try several times to get the door open. But don’t let the entrance dissuade you. Layne (our host) was very easy to contact and helpful during our stay. We would stay again and definitely recommend this nice place.

Highly recommend This place is perfect! It is comfortable, clean, and has all the little things that make a stay convenient and easy. This location is ideal. Owners very easy to work with and available if needed.

Just right Quiet little spot in a great location to shop, eat and quick drive to BYU.
