"Don’t normally leave reviews but this felt like a must. Alp, his family and the staff here really make this place stand out. This is our fourth visit and our priorities are usually clean, safe, good value and experience and DNA hits the spot. This place is spotless, the rooms, shower, pool are, cafe area all immaculate. The welcome you receive is second to none, the service is outstanding ( we have travelled a fair bit so we kind of know what is or isn’t genuine) . The food from the breakfast to the lunch is beautiful, (I’ve added some pictures) the Caesar salad and homemade chips for me are just divine. All really fresh ingredients and cooked well. The wine both white and red is really good, apparently so is the efes! Alp and his staff ( in particular his father Veysel, who is such a lovely man, Ceren, Arife both excellent cooks) his mother, his wife and to the others that we don’t see behind the scenes are always making sure you are ok, the place is clean and that your drinks are cold and filled. It’s also one of the last places that gives you nibbles with drinks that I know of, just another little extra. Prices of drinks and food are very reasonable aswell if you are on a budget, and there was a really good offer on the bottles of wine throughout our stay like buy one get the second one half price, which makes a big difference over the space of a week. One major thing for me is not having to scramble for a sun bed, reserving beds at daft o’clock in the morning is not something I take part in and the very thought of it gives me anxiety! Here you don’t have to worry about that, there is more than enough sun-beds to go around regardless of what time you get up. During the football season aswell Alp puts the football on which is great for us as fans but equally the bar area is really nice if you don’t watch the football. Each time we come here we meet solo travellers and couples alike and everyone says how safe they feel here and how accommodating the place is. WiFi is really good if you need it whilst u are here. All the ground rooms are swim ups basically and the pool is amazing, I loved just swimming the length of it over and over personally and it’s salt water so it’s perfect. There is also a lift to the upper floors if needed. I really couldn’t recommend this place highly enough The place is so tranquil and there are plenty of spots dotted about to read a book in the shade ( the swing is a favourite) it’s about 10 minutes walk to the town so not so far away, the town has so much choice to choose from in terms of restaurants and bars and the place is only about 30 mins from the airport. If you are considering booking I would fully recommend this place. Enjoy!"

"Unfortunately this is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms are shocking, exposed sockets, mould, pictures cover issues with mould. The kitchen utensils are filthy, the curtains have holes in them, the cooker is on top of the fridge. The mattress had a massive hole in it with springs exposed, it was covered in stains and smelt bad. My partner was asked to carry the mattress down three flights of stairs and return to a stireroom, then get another old mattress and carry back up unaided. The apartment smelt of smoke, the air conditioning hardly worked and there was no air con in the bedroom. Broken tiles around the pool that a child fell in to, slippery steps everywhere. A teenager went flying and smacked his back on the staircase. The door to the bathroom was 5ft high! There was a window less than a foot from the bed and no safety lock, any child could fall from this three storey apartment, its an accident waiting to happen. The main pool was green when we arrived, it resembled a swamp. The shower wouldn't attac to the wall but was rectified. Cleaning happened once whilst we were there, rooms not cleaned or bins emptied only towels replaced. I would never stay here again! The saving grace to this hotel is that the bar/restaurant area was run by a lovely couple who rented the area from the owners. The bar was clean and the food was very good. They were brilliant and if the hotel was run solely by them I believe it would be vastly improved. I believe the owners don't see any issues with the accommodation. This hotel has alot of potential but needs so many issues dealt with."

"A good hotel for $100 a night. There's a pool and a boat ride from the hotel to the beach. The hotel restaurant, however, isn't worth a visit. We waited over an hour for drinks and food at lunch. The pizza was practically inedible. The rooms are very tired; the air conditioning didn't work on our first floor room."
