The attached bathroom has been recently updated offering a rejuvenating, spa-like walk-in shower and a lighted makeup mirror for added convenience. The adjacent bathroom has been updated with a fresh, modern look, featuring a new tub and surround. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit of $10.00 or a damage waiver of $35.00. Truvi will contact you to complete this process and will refer to my company, LJ Vacation Rentals. Please note that this notification is legitimate, and must be completed prior to your stay. No pets allowed and no smoking of any kind are permitted.
