For restful nights, the room is outfitted with blackout blinds and curtains, ensuring a peaceful environment for sleep no matter the time of day. The attached bathroom has been recently updated offering a rejuvenating, spa-like walk-in shower and a lighted makeup mirror for added convenience. Second Bedroom: The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, its own TV, and bedside lamps with built-in USB ports to keep your devices charged. The adjacent bathroom has been updated with a fresh, modern look, featuring a new tub and surround. Chef’s Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a blender, crockpot, baking dishes, and more. Please keep in mind that stairs are required to access. The pool is closed for the 2025 season and will reopen before Memorial Day. Centrally located, the condo is just minutes from local attractions, grocery stores, and boat rentals, making it easy to explore the area. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit of $10.00 or a damage waiver of $35.00. Truvi will contact you to complete this process and will refer to my company, LJ Vacation Rentals. Please note that this notification is legitimate, and must be completed prior to your stay. No pets allowed and no smoking of any kind are permitted. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied for violations of these rules. Other Things to Note: We provide complimentary coffee, pod and ground, both regular and decaf, sugar and coffee creamer.
