早餐好吃、服務人員專業親切，特別是在一樓上下車處幫忙代叫計程車的幾位員工，讓人好感滿滿！房間整潔、衛浴設施乾淨，床品不硬不軟非常舒適！ 酒店就在Namba parks隔壁，慢悠悠出門閒逛，可以輕鬆逛到各大購物中心，途中會經過一連串各式特色餐廳，完美的下榻之處。

交通方便，出門就是商場和美食街，床褥柔軟很舒服，房間乾凈但隔音不太好，由於靠近火車站，晚上也會聽到火車聲

It was a hotel I booked after cancellation after receiving such unpleasant reception from OyadoRAKU that I had previously booked! Their heartfelt sympathy and touching led me to book another trip to Japan lol. Room condition and customer understanding are all high, and above all, it is the best location! I will stay at this hotel if I go to Osaka! (I have traveled with my mom and eyes for 5 people, so my recommendation is very reliable!!)

房間設備齊全，床褥舒適柔軟，小小缺點是因温度變化，房間有時有些雜音，而且由於靠近地鐵/火車站，晚上也會聽到火車聲，如果對聲音敏感，會造成干擾！ 早餐一般般，可是有白米粥暖胃。 可以從火車站通過Namba Park 走廊走去酒店，這不能在Google Map 查看的。我就是繞了一大圈，在地面馬路走過去。

週末過來，房間比平時的貴，可能翻了有個兩三倍，不過日本的酒店本來就很不錯，衞生方面都好，就是房間小了一些。樓下就是購物商區很方便。

飯店的重點在於地理位置很好，整體乾淨，唯一不足是冰箱零食吧都要另外付錢卻沒有說明。

Good location near Namba station, easy to access tourist attractions. clean room and friendly staffs. There is a Convenient store next to hotel.

由南海電車步行少過10分鐘便到酒店，交通方便；酒店大堂寬敞、房間舒適，惟房間及浴室沒有位置擺放物件🥲
