If you are travelling with family esp with young ones, this is perhaps one of the best place to stay in osaka. After living in cramped and expensive hotels in Tokyo, this apartment hotel is a stark contrast, it is affordable and spacious, and the best part? It Comes with all the conveniences of a private home. A cooking stove, microwave, washing machine and heater to dry the clothes. Huge space to store the luggages too. Place is around 5 mins walk from shops and train stations. No check in counters, but swift response from the staff via email or chat Would definitely stay again if i return to osaka, and highly recommend to anyone who is looking out a spacious and affordable accommodation here.

The location is very convenient. Easy access to the hotel even though no human involved as clear instructions are given.

I'm taking a good rest The facilities are clean, the rooms are wide, and the surroundings are quiet Good. I arrived a little earlier than the reservation time, but I was allowed to enter first. I recommend this hotel for your trip to Osaka

This is an unmanned hotel. All correspondence is either by email or call. They respond pretty quickly. There will be codes; one, as you enter the main door of the hotel and two, for your room. We got 702. The room was enjoyable. It’s big and quite clean. Not impeccably clean, but okay. It had a balcony, facing the playground/school and to the left the train station. There are comments here saying it’s noisy sometimes. However, during our stay I could say that the area is quiet enough. Most are faint sound only when the balcony doors are fully closed. I live in a big city and I don’t mind sound which are generally part of NOT being in a rural area. There were no “hearbeat” away places to eat. But a couple of minutes away, you can access a whole lot of options. Like 5-6 minutes walk. We didn’t mind this at all except for a time when my child is really hungry agter we just checked in. NO water provided and I guess there’s no option to request for this because there’s no one to talk to at the lobby or any part of the hotel at that. There’s no restaurant at the hotel. Check out time is 10am which is waaaaay too early … with check in at 3pm. Too late …

Really convenient to Universal studio japan within 25 mins by public transportation. Kids love the playground. We stayed for 2 nights.

Great location, easy access from Kansai International airport which is nearby Shin-Imamiya station Room was clean, fully equipped and spacious more than enough for 2-3 persons. Definitely will recommend to my friends & family 😀

This is much better than the first hotel I stayed in after getting off the plane. The price is not expensive. There is a park opposite, so you can take your children for a run. Please be careful if there are a lot of pigeon poop in the park. The room's toilet and shower are separated from the toilet, so it's great to have two rooms. The bed is very comfortable and very big. Our family of 5 lives in this room and the space is very large. Really, if I come to Osaka again next time, I will still stay in this room. The washing machine can also wash clothes, and the toilet has a drying function, which is very good. But if there are many people, you have to bring your own clothes hanger. Hair dryer It’s strange that all hair dryers in Japan are so small. Is the Typhoon so small? I suggest you bring your own hair dryer. For someone like me with thick hair, it is very tiring to blow dry.

Great experience! It's not easy to book a 32-square-meter room during the cherry blossom season and the school season! It's within 10 minutes' walk of three tram stations, and the transportation is convenient. The facilities are complete, you can cook, and the balcony is dry. I was reluctant to leave after staying for seven days. Perfect!

I think it's very good. The kitchen is fully equipped, the washing machine is very clean, the laundry detergent is also great, and the dry and wet are separated. The space is large enough, and the balcony can be used to look out. The best thing is that there is a small park in front, which the children like very much. The only drawback is that the subway entrance is a bit far away. However, the Nanhai Express to the airport is very convenient, and I will bring my friends to stay here next time.

I found a very strange bug when I was about to go to bed. It felt like a flea... The soundproofing was not good. The hotel was very close to the railway tracks. There was always a subway passing by. I basically didn't sleep well.
