I love my stay at IP City Hotel while I was exploring Osaka. It is close to train stations and Shinsaibashi which is good for shopping and restaurants for food.

The hotel is a bit old but reasonably priced — you get what you pay for. However, the service was disappointing. The receptionist was very slow; I was second in line, yet the next counter served five customers while I was still waiting. I booked a semi-double room for two people, but only two pillows were provided. When I asked for an extra pillow, I was told none were available. The two pillows were also uneven — one thick and one thin — which caused me neck pain. The bathtub drained very slowly, and each time I took a bath, the water nearly flooded because it didn’t flow out properly. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience and would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

It is a 3-star hotel, shouldn't expect much. They didn't provide a microwave. But they did change towels and trash bags in the room every single day. In Japan if you never bring your own pajamas also you still can use their provided kimono-like pajamas.

Hotel location is great, it is centre of all the popular spots. We didn’t stay at hotel for too much, we spent all day exploring the city and came only for rest. And it’s perfect for that as a solo traveler

Overall the stay was average, don’t expect much on the hotel wifi (poor reception). The toilet flushing system was pretty bad till we need to go to the hotel lobby every day. Air conditioning was not cold at all

We had a great experience in this hotel. It will take you 6 minutes from the nearest station.

Nice view from the hotel. I love their service so much , friendly and very convenient to walk around. Near station, hid place for stay to sightseeing and buy things 😆

地下鉄長堀鶴見緑地線の長堀橋、心斎橋のどちらからも程近く 近隣にはコンビニも多数あるため便利でした。 大阪城ホールでのライブイベントの為に利用しましたが 非常にアクセスが良かったのでまた機会があれば利用したいです。 朝食もビュッフェメニューが豊富で満足しています。

チェックインしたらバスタオルが1枚しか置いてなかったのでフロントに伝えて外出し戻ってきたらと届いてて すぐ対応してくださっていたので良かったです。 ロビーも綺麗で良かったです。
