地理位置好，出行方便，有吸煙房

Location is good, but overall a very disappointing stay. When we checked in, the front desk staff were quite rude and unhelpful. Despite indicating that we wanted non-smoking rooms, we were given smoking rooms that smelled terrible. All three rooms we booked were very smelly and not properly cleaned. Another issue was the water supply, only 2 small bottles of mineral water were provided for our entire 2-night stay. When we needed more drinking water, we discovered there was no phone in the room to contact reception. The only phone available was a shared phone near the elevator on each floor, and nobody ever picked up when we tried calling. We had to walk down to the counter late at night, only to find no staff present. In the end, we had to buy water outside at midnight. Additionally, the hair dryer in one of our rooms was broken. This is far below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the poor service and lack of basic amenities made this a very bad experience. Definitely oversold and not recommended.

가족여행으로 갔는데 부모님들도 만족하셨어요 방도 넓고 가성비 좋아요

난바쪽에 여행하실분들은 위치가 너무너무 좋아요… 호텔밖에 나가면 번화가라 맛집과 쇼핑몰과 돈키호테도 가깝고 투어미팅장소도 멀지않아 위치는 최적입니다. 지하철역도 가까워서 이동하기에도 너무너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 객실사진은 없지만 싱글3개에 쇼파와 탁자를 놓고도 캐리어4개 펼쳐놓아도 공간이 널널해서 너무 좋았습니다. 일본여행 여러호텔들을 갔었는데 객실은 제일 넓었던곳입니다. 아침조식도 즉석요리들도 있고 너무 좋았고 저녁에 라운지이용으로 간단하게 한잔하기에도 너무 좋았습니다.~~^^ 가족여행으로 많이들 오신것 같았습니다. 꼭 추천하고싶은 호텔입니다.~~^^

位置非常好，樓下就有Lawson,轉位有間family art，值得讚賞是，免費洗衣機干衣機，還有一部抽真空機。可以抽衣服公仔，增加喼內空間。

地理位置在商圈內，十分方便，離難波站很近，去哪了都方便，酒店設施環境和服務都不錯，值得再次光顧。
