Topcamp Bogstad - Oslo

We are currently at the ToPcamp and think it is quite OK. It is just the details that do not justify 5 points. Everything is quite modern and new, new reception and new bathhouse (the other is a bit older) but you have to look after it. The facility seems to be overwhelmed by the number of guests. There needs to be a lot more cleaning, more showers available for the number of people who pass through here every day. The pitches are quite OK, the ones without electricity and those in the rear section of the facility are particularly nice. At the front everything is typical of a campsite, narrow and loud and overcrowded. It has rained a lot recently and some campers have sunk their cars here up to the axle. It is probably necessary to drain the pitches better or to lay a drainage system. Otherwise, all in all, OK, but not top camping

Places reserved because according to the site there was not much available anymore. Had to pay extra for it. Places all the way at the back of the campsite. At the reception they already told us that we could better take the 1st sanitary block instead of the 3rd because it was old. I think it had not been cleaned for a week, so dirty. Eventually moved to a place closer to sanitary block 1, looked nice at first, but was not clean, hooks to hang your clothes on were broken, broken mirrors and hair everywhere. We stayed there for 3 nights, I did not see anyone cleaning once. In Mandal we visited a top camp campsite before, this one was beautiful, but Bogstad should not have the name top campsite. This was our most expensive campsite in Norway and the worst.
