While the people working at the 'resort' were really very very nice, the place itself was not. The whole place appears to be in pretty poor condition with minimal anesthetics. Rooms for 1-2 persons are very small (but ok for sleeping) , my room did not have wifi reception (I had to go out to a dining area near the pool to get any signal, so no privacy), the pool was nice and the water clear but the sides were lightly green with algae. That said, there are lots of jeepkos for getting around very cheaply, a nice shopping center relatively close, and you couldn't ask for kinder, nicer, more helpful hosts!
Note: There is no real beach near there, just short narrow areas with a bit of sand and a lot of rocks at the waters edge. The sea is really beautiful and clear, but also lots of rock or coral. Also, most (not quite all) other 'resorts' in the area looked to be in similar condition.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten schon am morgen aufs Zimmer und haben auch eines mit Balkon am Meer bekommen.
Zweckmäßig Ausstattung aber für den Preis völlig angemessen. Klimaanlage funktioniert und ist nicht zu Laut. Eine Antirutschmatte im Bad wäre aber noch sinnvoll, weil nach dem Duschen leider alles nass ist.
Keine Mücken auf der Meerseite und nur Geräusche vom Meer hörbar. Man kann bei ruhiger See und Flut mit etwas Glück direkt vom Balkon aus zum Schnorcheln gehen und Riesenschildkröten sehen.
Gut geeignet um mit dem Bus selbst zum Walhaischnorcheln in ca. 20-30 Minuten zu gelangen. Oslob mit Restaurants zu Fuß oder Bus erreichbar. Organisierter Ausflug prinzipiell nicht erforderlich.

経年劣化は否めない面があるが、設備がいい。セパレートのエアコンで静か。部屋に冷蔵庫、TV、電気ポット、無料コーヒー。当然、温水シャワー。スタッフもフレンドリー。本来の宿泊予定ホテルでイヤな事があり、急遽、宿泊費を捨ててまでチェックアウト。ダメ元で翌日予定のココに交渉したら、心良く快諾。助かりました。

Disappointed vs pictures.
We rented the place because there was a nice pool, but pool was not active and under maintenance. No running water in shower, no flushing toilet, rusty tap on zink, cockroaches and ants in room.

Glad we booked
We arrived late but the welcome was wonderful. The place is an absolute cracker for the money.Basic but clean, breakfast was fresh and well served and the pool is such a refreshing way to spend a late afternoon after exploring. ‘Martin’ the turtle swims up to the shore in an afternoon for a nosy which is great to see in his own surroundings and of his own free will. We definitely recommend to book here and would stay again.
