Private: garden 200 m2 with lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Grocery 12 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Osterode" 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 29 km, fishing possibilities 12 km. Please note: fishing [permit required]. The owner lives in the same residence. At the end of the garden runs the river Söse as a direct inflow to the Söse dam. 4-room apartment 100 m2 on 1st floor. Outside area very neglected apartment otherwise tip top. The 30 km diversion to the apartment was only announced to us in the booking confirmation.
