Mercure Ostrava Center Hotel ★★★★

"Stayed here for a business trip. The room was clean and quiet, and the spacious desk made it easy to work. Hot water was consistent, and the bathroom area was spotless. Overall, it was incredibly comfortable and perfect for business travelers. Excellent value for money."

Hostel na Šalamouně ★★

"I was late on arrival but the owner was kind enough to support me checking in over the phone. Reasonable price."

Clarion Congress Hotel Ostrava ★★★★

"Very very good"

Hotel Veronika ★★★

"A simple hotel in Ostrava. No elevator, very noisy from trams and cars under the window. Breakfast is modest, shower leaks, bed is very hard, pillow is flat, bed linen and towels are clean, there is a hairdryer. Our room had a mini-kitchen and dishes."

Quality Hotel Ostrava City ★★★★

"Great service. Extremely clean. Lovey food/ wine/ beer. Location a little out of the way but certainly didn’t spoil anything."

Villa u Arény ★★★

Imperial Hotel Ostrava ★★★★

"DO NOT BOOK HERE. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in hotel. We booked at this location through UNITED to visit our family in Ostrava and there was no disclosure at the time of booking that this location is under construction. We arrived with suitcases and saw the dust and the mess; we had to carry them down stairs ( like 50 stairs). We couldn’t cancel and book somewhere else and thought it may not be that bad. Well we were wrong. The inside of the hotel is completely rundown and dingy. The hallways smell like mold and dust. 2 days in, we leave the hotel for car-drive and when we come back the only side entrance to the hotel was closed and there was no direction on how to enter the hotel. We are left to wonder around the building and couldn’t find our way for a good 30 minutes. We saw a construction worker who was “working onsite” and asked him about the situation, he pointed at the underground garage as the “ new entrance”. I went to the reception to tell the manager about how inconvenient the situation is and she didn’t offer an apology or anything. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will try to contact UNITED and request a refund."

Revelton Ostrava ★★★

"I had a problem with the PIN code to enter, but the staff responded very quickly via Whatsapp 🥳 and later I was able to freely use the hotel and its amenities, such as the patio or the room downstairs where you can sit in peace and quiet with a coffee from the coffee machine."

Sting Old Town Ostrava ★★★★
