We hosted our wedding at Masseria Borgo Santuri in June 2025. The wedding planning was put under new management recently and the service was superb. Claudia took care of our every wish, made us feel taken care of and made it very easy to host our destination wedding at their place. She responded to our message day and night and the day itself was a smooth and pleasant experience. The food was delicious, and every time we wanted to make a change during the day the staff played into our wishes without issue. Would 10/10 recommend for a pleasant and smooth planning experience resulting in a dream wedding.

Great hotel for a relaxing stay set among Puglia's olive groves and just a few minutes from the beautiful White Town of Ostuni. Very friendly and helpful staff were on hand from breakfast through to dinner. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely terrace and view over the gardens and pool. I'll be back with friends!

Our travel agent booked the Borge Santuri for us. At first, we were disappointed because it is outside of town and we requested to be in city center hotels on this trip. However, the charming staff, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, relaxing pool, and the comfortable room won us over. We loved everything about Santuri. Highly recommend.

We went on a trip with 10 friends to Puglia and stayed in Borgo Santuri for two days. The location is great. The Masseria is beautiful. We did some hiking to the beach through the olive tree fields, which was absolutely stunning. It is about 5 km. The staff, Federica, Carmen and all the rest of the girls were lovely and very friendly. We felt at home with them. The breakfast is great and dinner was superb.

Our Italy with Pleasure Culinary tour in Puglia, Ostuni, Italy was beyond anything we could have expected. Masseria Borgo Santuri was the full week accommodation for our family of 10, ages 78-14 yrs.old. It could not have been more perfect. Rooms were beautiful & immaculate. Buildings, grounds, pool, decor were understated elegance in keeping with the ancient building. It utilized the various out buildings as private spaces to enjoy morning coffee or wine at sunset. The staff was wonderful, every request was met. Their English was better than our attempts at Italian.They were setting up the grounds for a wedding on our last day & I encouraged my grandchildren to consider a destination wedding there when the time came. Soggiorno di 3 notti in questa struttura, immersa nella natura. Camera pulita e di recente costruzione. Colazione con pochi prodotti ma di ottima qualità, e possibilità di scegliere sia dolce che salato. Ad accogliervi ci sarà Giuseppe, super disponibile per ogni vostra richiesta, sia inerente alla struttura e pronto a consigliarvi luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze. La masseria offre anche un’area relax curata con piscina. Consigliamo di soggiornare qui.

La struttura è bella e il personale gentile. Il problema, enorme, è la gestione. Stanza senza finestre, umidissima (la mattina ci si sveglia bagnati), con diffuso odore di muffa. Richiesto cambio stanza, ci sono stati chiesti 25 € per cambio biancheria (e ci può stare) e altri 24 per cambio stanza (e questo, secondo me, non ci può stare). A colazione per un caffè in più, il direttore ci è ha chiesto il pagamento di un extra. Visto la richiesta del cambio stanza, considerato che la sera prima avevamo cenato in struttura, 10 centesimi di caffè in più si potrebbero anche spendere per accontentare un cliente. Mancanza di empatia, incapacità di gestione del cliente portano a una bocciatura, non della masseria, ma della sua gestione. Noi non torneremo e la sconsigliamo.

Con un’amica abbiamo partecipato ad una cooking class durante il nostro soggiorno ad Ostuni. È stata un’esperienza fantastica, soprattutto grazie allo staff! Silvia è stata un’ottima insegnate e compagna a guidarci nella realizzazione della tipica focaccia, le orecchiette e le brasciole. La location è veramente bellissima, immersa tra gli ulivi non troppo lontana da Ostuni. Giovanni e tutto lo staff ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e sicuramente torneremo in futuro per un pernottamento in questo meraviglioso agriturismo.
