"Hello. I have never stayed in such a dirty and old hotel (I mean old, not antique). We saw the hotel in photos, it looked very nice, it seemed like a good 4-star hotel at a good price, and we decided to book 4 nights. First of all, they didn't have a designated area for unloading luggage from the car. Then we checked in and there were several high steps to get to the room… But the worst part was discovering the deplorable state of the room. Old, in dire need of repair, and dirtier than I've ever seen. I'm not particularly fussy, but this was unacceptable. We immediately went to look for another hotel in the area and canceled our reservation. The only good thing was the woman who checked us in; she didn't hesitate to leave the hotel (another option would have been to file a complaint immediately). In fact, she apologized… I urge whoever assigns stars to hotels to visit this one and give it a thorough review. What they offer on their website is a scam. It's a shame. It has a lot of potential, but the management is terrible."

"قيمة جيدة لفندق 2 نجوم. موقع مثالي لقربنا من حافة البلدة للجولات السياحية (سيلفيا، كوردوبا، الخ.) كان أوزونا نوعا ما موقع 'pin in the map' بالنسبة لنا، ولكن دهشتنا للمدينة بكل سرور. ممتعة لمدة 20 دقيقة سيرا على الأقدام إلى وسط المدينة. ساحة ظريفة مع المقاهي/ الحانات على الحافة. تتوفر مواقف خاصة للسيارات في الموقع ولكن يمكن للضيوف الاستمتاع بالمأكولات المحلية وكذلك الأطباق العالمية. في مطعم فندق أوزونا الخاص بالأطباق الآسيوية، ويقدم بوفيه إفطار لذيذ. كان الفندق لديه مطعم جيد بالاسفل حيث تناولنا وجبة الإفطار والغداء والعشاء في عدة مناسبات. غرف نظيفة، والموظفين ودية والغذاء الجيد. طلب واحد مني (السيد H. لم يكترث); أرجوا أن تضيف بعض الديكور إلى مطعمك. ☺️"
