"WARNING: Avoid this hotel they are extremely unprofessional and disorganised. We had a booking with the hotel in July 2026 which we had fully prepaid in November 2025 . They recently canceled our booking which is in 4 weeks with no explanation or warning. They have tried to tell us we cancelled, which we 100% did not , we have asked for them to show us the cancellation request and of course they cannot. We reached out to them immediately as soon as we received the cxl email and over the last 5 days to try to find out what was going on but the hotel refused to speak to us about the situation and referred us to their private reservations company that does their reservations . They seem totally uncaring, disorganised and seems in complete chaos, they kept telling us just wait 24 hours for 5 days now. They promised to book us into a like accommodation in same area but have not done this and now not responding to our calls / messages. Obviously most accommodation is completely booked out in the middle of July . It has been extremely stressful situation as happed the day before we flew out, we are very disappointed with both the hotel and their out sourced reservation team , They held our funds for 7 months in their own bank account prior to the cancellation and yet still did not help or assist or take responsibility . We travel often and have never had such a bad experience with a hotel . We would not want this to happen to others so felt we had to share our awful experience and suggest you definitely avoid this Masseria and look elsewhere and book other accommodation in the area ."

"Otranto is a small town and the hotel is very close to the historic center, which was good because I didn't have to use the car. The hotel has good facilities and a good breakfast. The only drawback was having to pay 10.00 euros for private parking (it should be included in the daily rate)."

"Hotel-residence is located in a quiet park outside Otranto. The room is enclosed in a true, large, independent apartment, which also includes kitchen-site and bathroom. There are naturally various support plans and cleaning is good. Breakfast varies very differently with a wide selection of sweet and salt and various specialities of the territory. Very nice and comfortable staff. average prices and free parking available. The structure also includes a private beach (accessable with a ship) that we have not used."

"A clean well located hotel with breakfast that's adequate. What let's it down is the bed is hard and join in middle makes it very uncomfortable. The bed only had 2 uncomfortable pillows also. We had a poor sleep. A topper pad would solve this issue with 2 more quality pillows. No jug and cups jn the room so can't even make a drink."
