Non-Summer Rentals – read the bottom of this section. Last 3 lines are for you. You and your guests are the only ones on this 15-acre property. This property is not shared by others! If you like privacy, this house is for you! I mention this because so many guests tell us how important privacy was to the enjoyment of their stay – along with having a heated pool. Upstate NY can get chilly at night, so a heated pool is a must. The house was specifically designed for up to 8 families to have a great time together and enjoy the “Week of a Lifetime.” We are much more than just bedrooms! We have 7 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, and 1 washroom. There are 6 spacious interior spaces (not counting bedrooms), so it comfortably handles 27 people living in the house (in real beds, in real bedrooms – NOT pull-out couches in common areas or futons to inflate capacity).
