Located in the heart of downtown, this peaceful loft is within steps from everything Ouray has to offer – hiking, shopping, restaurants, breweries, & a short walk to the world-famous hot springs. ***Please Note- This unit is not suitable for children under the age of 13 and guests who have difficulty climbing stairs.*** The home/building is surrounded by mature trees that provide a secluded & peaceful atmosphere. Private parking area and a small outdoor area. Outdoor seating available for guests. Please NO RVs or Trailers in the parking lot. I stayed here with my two kids (who are 7 and 10). The space was clean and cozy. The location is great, you walk to just about everything. It's easy to find and there is plenty of parking.

A Perfect Perch! This upstairs two bedroom, two bath unit is immaculate and delightful! Liza provided so many welcoming and convenient touches, like healthy snacks, regular and decaf coffee and lots of mugs, dishes and silverware. Access to a fully stocked laundry facility was a huge plus for us. The location is within an easy walk to everything in town, but on a quiet street. Liza gave us great tips about places to visit and responded quickly and helpfully to all our questions. We had a wonderful stay!
