A beautiful four season lakefront house on peaceful and quiet Twitchell Pond. This year round home is in pristine condition. It has two bedrooms with two additional sleeping lofts. Open concept with granite counter tops and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable couch and 2 recliner chairs in the open living room. Dining room table looks out over the lake. There is a large private dock ideal for swimming and using the 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards that we have for our guests. Natural fire pit in the yard just steps from the lake. There is a ping pong table in the basement. Located just minutes from Mount Abram and 20 minutes from Sunday River. There are hiking trails nearby and a golf course at Sunday River. The White Mountains in NH are 30 minutes away. Check out the Mountain bike park at Mount Abram. Listen to the loons on the lake, enjoy games or reading on the screened in porch. Beautiful post and bean cabin in the village of Bethel, ME. Year round availability and access to mountains, streams, lakes an rivers. Cabins are equipped with full kitchens, bathroom and sleeping area. There is a small pull out sofa if needed. A propane stove is present to provide additional heating and ambience. The cabins are fully winterized set up to accommodate skiers and bikers.There are two cabins on the property. Each has an independent outdoor area containing a firepit, grill, and picnic table. There is screening between the two houses. Pending calendar availability both cabins can be booked simultaneously to accommodate multiple parties. Welcome to the Ursa Major House. This house was acquired in the spring of 2022. All furnishings and hot tub are brand new. Every bedroom has had a mini split unit installed, providing each room with heat and air-conditioning. The kitchen/living room also has a mini split unit. This system is additional to the baseboard heating system found throughout the home. This 4 bedroom and 3 bath house with private wooded yard is your perfect year round getaway. Minutes away from Sunday River resort, Mt. Abrams, Bethel center, Cross country skiing, snowmobile and ATV trails. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen mudroom, game room, hot tub, fire pit, 2 car garage and air conditioning. This is one of the only properties in Bethel that comes with garage access. Guests will be provided with a virtual garage door opener via an app during their stay. I have had two full size trucks parked inside, so it is definitely large. Keep your vehicle out of the elements. No need to clean snow off of your car before heading off to the mountain to ski. 1-2 cars can be parked in the garage, depending on the size of the vehicles.
