Went here for my birthday with my friends, sat outside in the beautiful garden and had savoury afternoon tea which was delicious. We were served by Jay who was absolutely lovely, funny and made the experience very fun for us! Even took some lovely photos for us and was super friendly. We had the best time! Highly recommend!

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary here. We chose the Woodlands Park based on a previous wonderful experience, and this did not disappoint. Everything was exceptional from our initial greeting to book, meticulous attention to our wishes, staff's friendly but courteous manner, accommodation and food. Particular thanks to Jay who looked after the whole family from the beginning of our stay until breakfast the following day with absolute sensitivity and professionalism. Thank you to the whole team who went over and above the call of duty.

An Amazing experience in this manor house set in beautiful countryside of Surry with all of facilities, excellent service a specially restaurant- 10 out of 10 to all staff. We would like to give our gratitude to Jay and Aisha for them being extremely helpful which made our experience unforgettable

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Absolutely warm atmosphere, full of love and care . Everything from the booking date till check out was simply great . .A specially I would like to thank Jay from the restaurant team and all waiters and managers - every morning was really special with them , we felt pampered and loved . Also we really appreciated Aisha from reception area who was extremely nice and helpful . Our anniversary trip will remain in our memories forever ❤️

My son and daughter-in-law got married at Woodlands Park and it was lovely to return for an afternoon tea. Brought back wonderful memories. The staff are friendly and helpful. My son has multiple allergies and they kindly arranged alternatives to the standard fare.
