On the water in Pacific Grove

The location is great; right across from the ocean and near several areas where you can sun bade or swim. The house setup is very family friendly, it has an amazing view but the windows in the front rooms have a film on it and and you can't see the view very clear nor can you open the windows to let the fresh air in. The bedrooms are a good size and the living areas are very large and comfortable. The bathrooms have been remodeled but need grab bars in the showers and anti slip mats available. The house needs needs a bit of paint and most of the windows couldn't be open and there were no ceiling fans to move the air around, it got stuffy. We eventually found a portable fan but it was super dirty so we didn't dare turn it on because there was so much dust on it. One of the negative things of the house was that it wasn't clean; there was dust on the floor, legos under the couch and lots of dust on every where. Whoever cleaned it, did a very quick surface clean and not well. Having said that, we contacted the owner and property manager and they made it right.

It would help to have screens on the front and back doors to allow breeze without bugs. The first bedroom's window appears to be painted shut. Very stuffy, no air flow. Window near kitchen island needs to be fixed. Ants in master bathroom. Overall we love the place. It's our second time staying there. With a few tweaks it would be fabulous.

The view is everything Stayed here with my family and we are so glad we did! The view was beautiful and we got to see deer walking by. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great heater system. overall great stay!

Great Place! We had the family for a few days and had a wonderful time. The location is one of a kind.

Amazing view! Location of the house is perfect. Close to everything. The view of the ocean is breathtakingly beautiful! House big and spacious, a little dirty though. Kitchen is very out-dated and dishes were dirty. Inside of kitchen drawers were crusty utensils. The windows were exactly what the reviews said, they have a strange film on them.
