Once again, a wonderful stay. Not much beats Havens offerings, but Pagham, stands out. Van immaculate as always. Ground kept really nicely, but its location, location, location. I love this place. Back in a couple of months. Thank you CF team.

A large family get together for my granddaughter’s second birthday. We had three vans in a lovely location on the park. Great walks along the beach and an ice cream at Pagham was a lovely Sunday morning activity. My only slight criticism was the lack of baby changing facilities in the swimming changing rooms. And I’m sorry but I’ve got to mention the aggressive appearance of the security staff looking like night club bouncers, checking children’s passes at 6pm! I can see the necessity of security presence but come on, stab vests, hi viz and earpieces? I can remember when Bradly Bear used to welcome you in!

This is the first time I've been to Church Farm and I've been pleasantly surprised. All the staff I've spoken to have been friendly. The park is clean and tidy as is my caravan There are so many walks around that I haven't needed to move the car. The beach is virtually on the doorstep and it's a great walk along the beach to Pagham where there are couple of cafes close by. Then it's a short walk along Sea Lane back to the caravan if you don't want to walk along the beach. I can't say what the park is like in school holidays but I'd really recommend Church Farm to anyone looking for a relaxing break during term time The only possible negative is the lack of intermittent WiFi in the caravans, but to be honest it's been good to have a break from it!

We had a great week at Church Farm at the end of June, our caravan was clean and tidy and the park is well maintained. We loved the family entertainment and the entertainment team really out on some great shows/activities for the children. Our daughter really warmed to Sadie on the team and she really made her feel welcome. There is a lot to do on site and would highly recommend the Seaside Squad build a bear experience.

Just had the most fantastic 11 nights staying at Church Farm .Both caravans Ballast Rise & Wall Field were lovely, clean & comfortable. The location is just beautiful, right on the Lagoon , harbour & beach. We enjoyed lovely walks & beach days . 20 minute walk to local pubs , The Lamb & Bear Inn where we had a nice meal & watched a great band on Saturday night. Also a good base to explore the local areas .Mash & Barrel had some good offers & is kept very clean but the service was slow . Waited over 30 mins for 2 breakfast rolls .Can't wait to come back!!

Fantastic stay great location superb walks to the beach and surrounding wildlife areas . Main restaurant not too bad . Don’t order from the table quicker to go to the bar when not busy as barmaid on her own and has to prioritise customers at the bar

Absolutely amazing! Church farm has been fantastic! The price was absolutely fabulous the caravan was absolutely beautiful and spacious and the entertainment has also been fantastic! Prices are average prices and not your normally upped holiday prices. All staff very friendly and understanding with my special needs son! We will be back
