Booking experience was very smooth. Hotel reservation manager Mr Aabid is very warm and helpful. Rasik muneer ji is also very warm and hospitable. Volga hotel will always be top choice for me always Centrally located, this hotel retains it's old charm and beauty. Lawns are well curated

The ambiance is really pretty, surrounded by nature and the facilities are top notch, especially the interior heating. The best part of all was the service at the cafe/restaurant, the staff was really kind and friendly. Riyaz bhai was very helpful and friendly. Go ask for him and you’ll be sorted. The location is also really good, not too far from the hills and is located at the corner of the main market. Thus, making your shopping experience hassle free as all the good shops are nearby. I highly recommend the place!!

The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. All the dishes was perfectly cooked and the flavours were amazing The service was exceptional our waiter Amir Mir was knowledge about everything and attentive to our needs The ambiance was perfect for a cozy evening

Volga Hotel is an awesome hotel. The best of Pahalgam with luxurious facilities. We had a great time at this hotel with the inland garden. The service was very accurate with Mr.Akyf and Mr.Umar with fast services. This hotel has an awesome view for travellers and we had a great time. The rooms were very clean. They had a television, heater and hot water flowing through. We were happy staying here and do not regret taking this desicion.

Very good location and good service and location of the property. Some new type of stay experience. Must try place to stay with friends and family and couples also. Food was good and main thing is the hospitality of the hotel and camp fire was best.
