Bella Vista

Excellent guest house, very clean and very welcoming hosts, will be going back. There was ample parking ensuite rooms with nice views from the windows, TV was a good size. The whole place was spotless, close to all amenities and restaurants.

The most lovely welcome! Kelly and Chaz immediately put us at ease and took interest in my little girl, showing her where the board games were kept, and asking about the soft toy she was carrying.. Little girl was delighted with a special unexpected surprise of some sweets and an easter egg when we entered our room Nothing was too much trouble! The room was beautifully clean, and to a high standard. There was always enough supplies of tea coffee milk and sugar. An added bonus of a mini fridge, which we found very convenient to store drinks or milk for cereal. The shower was beautifully warm and clean. Bed very comfy, and fresh towels on arrival. A small hair dryer was also in the room, which was perfect for our hair when it rained! The room was well arranged with USB sockets on the touch lamps, and plenty of sockets. A tv with Netflix on the wall, and a cosy, relaxing feel. My little girls first holiday, and she loved it. Will definitely book again. The friendly welcome mentioned in reviews is real and genuine. The care the owners take is reflected in the decor and attention to detail. The ensuite is pleasingly modern and more than adequate. There are plentiful sockets in this age of rechargeable devices. Heating can be controlled by the guests to suit personal requirements. The guest house is ideally situated for the town, seafront (very close) and the excellent bus and train services. If you want the glitz of the Ibis or the Mercure you won't be reading this anyway (?) so I can fully recommend that Bella Vista will fit most needs very well indeed.

PB 1954 As soon as I arrived until the time I came home Claire and Steve were the perfect hosts nothing was too much trouble for them . I am definitely going back again and would recommend it to anyone

Fantastic short break Although we only stayed for two nights it was a memorable stay and everything was great. You couldn't wish to meet better hosts. Chaz and Kelly are already considered as friends. Our room was fantastic and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and everything we needed was in walking distance.
