"بعد أن تم سرقت حقائبنا و حقيبتي في مطار برشلونة أثناء استئجار سيارة، اتصلت في المقدمة إلى فندق ترياس لتنبيههم عن موقفنا و تعاملهم شديد التعاطف وأخبرونا أن نصل إلى الفندق عندما وصلنا بعد الانتهاء من أعمال الانتخاب التقارير من قبل الشرطة ...الخ. عند وصولنا لم يكن من الممكن أن تكون السيدة في الاستقبال أكثر مساعدة وترتيب مشروبات لنا على الرغم من أنها كانت 11.30 في الليل بقينا في الفندق لمدة 2 ليال في البداية ثم قررنا البقاء 3 ليال إضافية كما شعرنا بأمان شديد في الفندق. هذا فندق رائع وواحد من الفنادق التي زرناها على مدى العشر سنوات الماضية. كما يتمتع الفندق بمطعم خيالي يقدم أشهى المأكولات الإسبانية. كما يستحق الزيارة!"

"We visited end on August for a one on one mother and daughter weekend, it is a beautiful Casa, only nine rooms managed by a very sweet and welcoming lady. We arrived in the afternoon, no reception to check in but we had a code to enter the main gate, then the key was left in a small box related to our room number (we received the information when we reserved) . Next day we met the lady during breakfast, which was just right offered a good variety. They have a basket that holds beach mats, umbrellas hats etc that you can borrow for free to access the beach which was just a street away. In the afternoon they offer a lot of goods which you just sign in a book for anything you take and pay for it at check out. We were offered a place to shower and change after we checked out since we wanted to spend the whole day there. It is a perfect classy place, would love to go back."

We have been given room just above the restaurant kitchen and as a result we did not sleep all night as they have kitchen extractor working all the time (i have never heard anything that loud!). We have specifically requested when making the reservation not to have this room (it was obviously ignored). During check-in we're told the fan is only when kitchen is on and would be off at 10pm. Obviously it wasnt (it is on all the time as all kitchen refrigerators are connected to that and they cannot switch it off). None should be accommodated in such room !!! They lied about this problem at the first place and when complained in the morning we have been given to be moved to the 'shed' accommodation (mouldy, totally different standard) which of course is not a solution as we paid for this place the full price. I have never seen such horrible guests service. I just want to leave this place (but of course hotel is not supporting the refund). NIGHTMARE on holidays!!!"

"We came here for a meal one evening. They have been extremely welcoming and really helpful. Sergio (I hope I have spelt that correctly, sorry if I haven't) has been brilliant all evening very accommodating, has answered every question we have had. The other waiters have also been brilliant and accommodating. Will definitely come back here again. The food was really good. Loved my monk fish. I am not very good with fish bones and they removed them for me."

"فندق أساسي وذو تاريخ بسيط ، يقدم في الواقع خدمة ونوعية الطعام. بقينا هنا ليلة واحدة فقط ولكن أعجبنا حقا الموظفين في الفندق المساعدة والودية ، وتم تقديم العشاء والإفطار لنا. انه فندق 3* لكنه فندق 5*. لكن الخدمه والطعام 5*. الغرف نظيفه وحجمها جيد والسرير مريح جدا. يوجد حوض سباحه لكن لم يكن لدينا وقت للاستخدام. جدا منتقى القيمه العاليه نوصي به بشده"
