Booked for triple bed room as shown in picture.unfortunately they allotted two bed type room.no hot water is available.

Rooms are not cleaned properly, there is no lift facility available senior persons are very difficult to use staircase, check in and check out time is 12.00 is not fair additional charges for the extra 4 hours charged and not provided invoice for that, TV not having any channels to change only one channel we can’t change

horrible rooms, really not suitable for family, the rooms are sufficient for just one person, the photos have been faked, please don't believe the photos and book this hotel.

hotel staff is regularly off the mainswitch of water heater. we need to request every time for getting it on
