No hot water in the rooms for 3 days. When reception was informed, staff only shrugged their shoulders. The room was spacious but tired and basic. There was no phone to reception. No kettle or coffee-making facilities were provided. The fridge in the bedroom was not working. The replacement fridge left by our bedroom door was moldy and broken. Rooms were cleaned once in 7 days. Towels were not changed in 7 days! We had to take towels to reception after 7 days to get them changed and carried the towels up to the bedroom ourselves! Bedding was too small for the bed, so we slept on the mattress as the sheets moved out of place. The bedding and towels also had unpleasant stains. Staff in the restaurant were rude, always telling us off when we chose our table. We were a group of four adults and two children squashed into a table for four! We saw fights between staff members and guests, and one staff member refused to provide ice to a gentleman who fell on the stairs; that was the staff bar in the afternoon. The Wi-Fi was very poor, even in common areas. There was no connection at all in the bedrooms. In an emergency, there is no way to connect to anyone as the rooms are spread across very steep hills. Snacks between meals were very poor: dry cheese and ham sandwiches in the morning and dry cake in the afternoon. There was never enough for the number of guests in the hotel. Is clear that management or owners couldn't care less with the safety or confort of paying costumers, they just advertise lies and take the money. Once you are there, there is no way out. Overall, I have never experienced anything as bad as this. I have seen better hostels, cleaner and with better facilities.
