Paradise Inn

Come fa ad avere 3*??? Prenotato su ********** con posizione geografica nel paese di Liapades, ma poi si viene a sapere che è a circa 5,4 km fuori Liapades. Poco male, c’è la piscina!!! Arrivati la prenotazione ritrovata con difficoltà (l’omino alla reception voleva essere pagato, dopo aver fatto vedere il pagamento di PayPal, ha detto ok, pagare solo tassa comunale (€ 1,50). Indossato costume, ci dirigiamo in piscina….appena in acqua, una patina melmosa sotto l’acqua che si muove con noi……🤮🫣 Usciamo e andiamo al mare.😠 Ritorno dal mare, con calma visioniamo la stanza per sistemarci e per la doccia…. Letti polverosi, materassi ammuffiti, una puzza ‘invadente’….. Bagno con ragnatele e ragno (in più lo sporco regna sovrano). Mia moglie si reca in reception e fa notare la cosa…..dopo tanto ci viene proposto un cambio con un hotel vicino a Corfù. Al che rifiutiamo (l’indomani dobbiamo andare a Pelekas) Ci cambiano stanza all’una di notte, mandandoci in una stanza nel corpo hotel, “più pulita” (?) con lenzuola più piccoli dei letti e con telo bucato. Come si può gestire un Hotel 3 “st@lle”? (P. S. : EVITO DI METTERE FOTO)

We love it from the beginning. The location is perfect, because we are close to all the most famous beaches and place. Here it's so quite and in the night the air get cooler, so we slept perfectly. The balcony are very big and the room very clean. The owner is so kind, funny and available. But the most beautiful thing was the swimming pool. It was very big and to swim was perfect. Every day was super clean and for me and my girfriend is too important. Thank you for the hospitality, it was an amazing experience

Amazing little gem, needs to be fully operational. Apart from a misleading description regarding breakfast, bar and food availability it was good. The booking information, advert and hotel photos showed all services in operation. As it was, none of these were open. Breakfast was just a box of pastries and sandwich and this needed to be ordered the day before. No bottled water or any beverages were provided and only coffee made by the staff. Despite these inaccuracies and their lack, I enjoyed my time there, mostly due to the small but dedicated staff who tried their best to make my stay satisfying. It's such a shame as a completely fitted commercial kitchen, cutlery, crockery, dining room, breakfast room and breakfast bar, bar and well stocked library and lounge were to a very high standard. They just weren't stocked with any food or drink. The room was spotlessly clean and came complete with a new working fridge, ac, TV and shower/toilet, fresh linen provided as/when required and very comfy beds, which were remade daily. Outside there was a bar, bbq, oven and a beautiful large immaculate swimming pool, 20 sunbeds with table and parasol, clean pathways and cut grassy areas, the pool was checked and dosed daily. The shame is that with slightly more support, food and drink plus slightly more staff, this hotel would be an absolute cracker. Location, peaceful, relaxing, beautifully appointed beyond it's 2 star rating. I hope that the owner crews it up and provisions it to allow this little gem to shine. Change the advertising.

The hotel met my basic expectations for a fair price: a large bed, a huge pool, and a very warm welcome! The only downside was the shower head, which was a bit unusual (room 108), and the Wi-Fi, which was a bit temperamental — although this may have been due to a temporary outage. That said, I was able to fully enjoy Corfu thanks to the hotel’s central location! Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient.
