Our stay was pleasant and memorable. This was our first stay in Sicily. Frontdwsk was helpful in arranging transfers from the airport and we arrived at the B&B quickly and safely just after midnight. We did not expect 1 flight of stairs and struggled a bit with our luggage. The lights along the corridor turned off quickly so you should standby lights from the phone.. overall, we really liked our stay as the location was perfect! Every attraction was within walking distance and the town was wonderful. Oh yes, breakfast across the street in the best cafe was charming too. Really loved our stay!!

The customer service is good. Because the pool in the room was leaking, the staff tried their best to make arrangements. Finally, we stayed in a sea view room, opposite Piazza Italia. The restaurant's cuttlefish noodles are delicious and the service is good. There is a problem with sound insulation in rooms close to the road

There is a name on the small sign on the wall on the left side of the entrance. You have to look closely because the writing is small.
The entrance to the building is locked due to security. You must contact the host first and tell the check-in time zone.
It's on the top of the building and there's no elevator.
Stayed in the room of the Avengers concept. The room is not very big, but it was good for two people and the theme was fun.
There is a common space if you go up the hostel. You can use the refrigerator and eat food bought from a large table. There is also an outdoor space, so you can eat on the terrace.
There are many prepared bread, warm eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, juice, etc. that day for breakfast, and the host also pulls out the espresso himself.
I had to check out early in the morning, so I contacted him, but he was willing to come quickly and offered us a cup of coffee for us who couldn't eat breakfast.
Parking was 20 euros a day for a public parking space in Palermo when you contact the host. There is no place to park right in front of the hostel.
The host's warmth is a memorable hostel.

About 20 minutes walk from the train station, the room is large, there is no elevator, no contact in advance before check-in, almost unable to stay. The surrounding security is OK, breakfast is to go to the nearby small cafe seven to choose three, nothing delicious, next time you stay in a serious hotel is more suitable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Palermo, within walking distance of major attractions such as Palermo Cathedral, the Norman Palace and the Quadrilateral Square, and there are many restaurants around. The hotel lobby and rooms are decorated in a high-end manner, and the rooms are clean and spacious.
The hotel service is very good. We arrived at the hotel early because the room was ready and we were allowed to check in. The soundproofing is a bit problematic and the wifi signal is a bit unstable.

YYan YeeThe room is very spacious for a group of 3 and everything works fine. The view olf the room is the square near to the hotel, and is very nice. The boss is a very interesting person and he is very nice to us, helping us to carry our luggage. We really appreciate the luggage storage part so that we don't have to carry it all the way during our trip.
