My wife and I recently stayed at the St. Regis Aruba for our honeymoon, and I can confidently say it's a perfect 10/10, no questions asked. In summary, the St. Regis Aruba excels in service, hospitality, property quality, location, cleanliness, and food/drinks—truly spectacular in every aspect. Specifically regarding the food, there isn’t a bad entrée or meal to be found. From the fish tacos and smash burger to the hummus and veggies, fresh fruit platter, and sushi, every dish is fresh and delicious. Kudos to the chefs and their culinary teams for their outstanding work. I also want to give a special shoutout to Juan, Jairo, Catherine, Rosanna, Joe, Justin, Errol, and Justin. They made our stay incredible with their kindness, care, and hard work. Their dedication to going above and beyond every single day has truly earned them recognition. In closing, I strongly encourage you to choose the St. Regis Aruba. Any unfavorable reviews you may find do not reflect our amazing stay. If you’re contemplating a visit, take my advice and book your experience—you’ll be glad you did!

Absolutely beautiful property! Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. The hotel is newly opened, but it has already exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was amazing—spacious, well-appointed, with stunning views and excellent amenities. The food throughout the property was fantastic. And special shoutout to Joe at the pool—he was absolutely AMAZING! Friendly, attentive, and truly made our experience even better. We’ve stayed at many Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, and St. Regis properties—and without a doubt, this has been the best experience we’ve had. While some of the early negative reviews gave us pause, they couldn’t be further from the truth. Naturally, it takes time to train a large team to meet the St. Regis standard, but they’re well on their way. Can’t wait to come back!

This is not a St Regis. I stayed at the St Regis in the Maldives, and this is nothing close. Yes, it has only been open 3 months, but yo can already tell that it should be a JW Marriott. Firstly, the hotel uses cheap materials such as thin doors in the rooms, cheap toilets that break repeatedly and cheap furniture. Secondly, it is done in neutral colors, so it could be anywhere. Not a beach theme, at all. The pools are not heated so only children will swim in the. The Marriott Surf club has heated adult pools. There are no cushions on the chairs, as there are at the Ritz and Bucati and Tara. Most importantly, the service is really poor. Everyone is friendly, but the service is really slow, and when you are serving a $240 porterhouse at your signature restaurant, it should be perfect.. I do believe that Marriott will rebrand the hotel as otherwise it really cheapens the St. Regis brand. Most importantly, they do not understand service recovery. At a Ritz, when a mistake is made, the employee can take care of it on the spot, whereas at this hotel, they must go through several layers of management, and when they get back to you the next day (not the manager by the way - they void interactions) the compensation is too little and too late. The $100/day resort fee on top of the $1200/night rate is an insult. Stay at the Ritz, not here

Selfishly, I hesitated to write a review because this place is amazing and I don’t want more people to find out about it!!!The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are very nice. They really thought of everything when designing and building the hotel. I also loved how close it is to many restaurants in town. Being a new hotel, there were a few hiccups during our stay but the staff went above and beyond to recover. I know they will get to the St Regis standard that we all know and love. The staff just seem a little nervous but again, it’s still new. If you plan to stay in the next 3 months, be mindful and kind to the staff, they are working really hard. I can’t wait to return!

We had booked eight nights at the St. Regis but ended up leaving after just three, as even our modest expectations were not met. Compared to our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Aruba last year—which impressed us with its spacious layout—the St. Regis felt cramped. Outdoor space is very limited, and the beach area, although part of a long and occasionally wide stretch, is extremely small. The loungers are tightly packed on a narrow ***** of sand, more reminiscent of a budget resort than a luxury property. The fitness center is bright but offers a very limited selection of equipment. We also cannot recommend the Eskame restaurant for dinner. The menu was minimal, the fish was not fresh and had an unpleasant smell, and the steak was fatty and rubbery—simply inedible. On a positive note, the Akira Back rooftop restaurant was the highlight of the resort: stylish, modern, with excellent service and high-quality Japanese cuisine. Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet expectations. Poolside service was almost non-existent, our laundry was misplaced and only returned two days later, and our airport transfer was completely forgotten. Even if the service had been flawless, we would not return to this resort.

The worst check out and conciare service ever experienced. Asking questions and not receiving any answer, creating problems instead of solving them.. I couldn’t believe this kind of behaviours at St. Regis. First time in a St.Regis resort and never more in the future.

From check-in to check-out the St Regis did not disappoint! After reading many reviews we decided to continue with our stay and are glad we did. The property is running at 60% capacity and we were upgraded. While there are certainly aspects of the staff still learning, they hold a high standard of service. Special shout out to Jeandray at the outside bar who made our trip. Will look to be back soon.

My wife and I were spending our week at the Divi Phoenix which is next door to the St. Regis Hotel so we decided to check out the lobby bar and see how it compared to the Divi Bar at the Ritz Carlton. Upon entering this beautiful space we were immediately greeted by Omar who introduced himself as the staff supervisor. Omar couldn’t be more gracious and friendly so we sat and proceeded to have a great conversation with him covering many topics over more than twenty minutes. We ordered our Mojitos and when they arrived Omar introduced us to our server who was also very attentive and professional. As the saying goes “ you don’t get a second chance at making a first impression “ and the staff at the St. Regis surely knew that . My wife and I are timeshare owners at both Marriott Surf and Ocean Clubs so we are accustomed to great service but at the St. Regis and the Ritz Carlton it is on a much superior level for sure .
