The Reef House Adults Retreat

The Reef House is a wonderful location, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant staff and food is excellent. But the rooms are very tired especially the bathrooms, will pick our room more carefully next time.

Cute little hotel right across from the beach. Great restaurant and several good ones nearby. Our own jacuzzi tub on the balcony. Helpful staff. Beautiful pool areas. The melaleuca trees on the property were huge and beautiful. Outdoor dining available when weather permits.

Sehr nettes Personal, unaufdringlich, aber hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und eine kleine ruhige und sehr grüne Anlage. Schöne Pools mit gutem Service über den Tag hinweg. Das Hotel ist auch siper gelegen mit hervorragendem Essen.

Plenty of comfortable sun lounges by the two perfect pools. Poolside butler service and food was excellent - loved the lavender scented cold towels and sorbet. Breakfast and especially dinner in the beachfront restaurant was delicious.

An amazing experience from prior to arrival. The wonderful warm pre-arrival contact from Cedric was very welcoming and dour our mind at ease for our anniversary celebrations. Beautiful room upgrade on arrival due to the special occasion. Do yourself a favour and join the cocktail making and wine appreciation classes, it’s a great way to interact with other guests and the staff. Evening punch by the pool was also a great way to relax and meet some new friends from around the globe. So many return clientele were at the hotel and after a great weekend you can see why. We are now part of the family and hope to return each anniversary.

We stayed here over the Easter break and the location is incredible. Upon checking in we were greeted with a smile and down if the inclusions. The property has a truly relaxed, tropical feel with an undeniable touch of luxury. The pools were absolutely exceptional — beautifully maintained, inviting, and, best of all, adults-only. It made for an incredibly peaceful atmosphere that’s rare to find. The service was friendly and professional, and the overall ambience of the hotel was serene and charming. However, guests should be aware of the rather exuberant 15% surcharge that applies on public holidays. It did feel steep and is something to factor in when booking your stay. That said, the overall experience was fantastic. The Reef House delivers a uniquely tranquil escape, perfect for couples or anyone wanting a quiet, upscale retreat. We would definitely return — just maybe a little more mindful of the dates next time!
