絕美的酒店內飾，而且房間也香香的，雖然從外面看起來很不起眼但素裏面的空間感覺每一寸都運用到了極致，整趟旅行下來最喜歡這家的裝修

非常好、超出預期的好，服務態度周到熱情。

房間網絡不好。提出後還是立即來對應的，很有歷史感。希望復古的旅行者可以考慮。否則還是入住對面的卡布基諾賓館為好。

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Palma. We booked it for the fantastic location, beautiful property, and generously spacious rooms—and it truly lived up to our expectations. The staff made our experience even more memorable. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They also gave us great local recommendations for dining and things to do. A special thank you to Giulia, who was especially kind and helpful during our departure—she even helped us book a taxi, which we really appreciated. One helpful note for future guests: if you're renting a car, be aware that parking is not directly onsite (which is common in central Palma). The closest parking lot is about a 10-minute walk away. We were able to drop off our luggage first and the staff kindly assisted with directions and bags, but understanding this in advance would have helped us plan better. Overall, it was a lovely stay in a charming city, and we’d happily return!

Hidden gem in a great central location in Palma. A truly quiet, luxurious retreat beautifully designed and decorated with a tremendously friendly, helpful staff. And a great breakfast! Don't miss the Tokio a Lima restaurant in a sister hotel a short walk away.

We felt like royalty! What an outstanding property. Hidden behind one of the large timber doors the area is known for. Amazing service and facilities. Perfect location for everything. It was even pointed out for its luxury in a local walking tour that we took part in. We will be back!
