Really great location and felt very safe with access to the rooms and main building were with your own hostel card. Generally quite clean but floors could have been cleaner. Good shower facilities but not many sinks (3) and hand dryers (1) for the amount of showers and toilets there were (6/8). Kitchen facilities really well equipped and clean. Overall would recommend for a short stay.

They require guests to check in by themselves and register online, which is very rude.Forcing customers to leave their bank card numbers is risky.

팔마 시내에 있어 공항버스 타기에 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 또한 바다까지 걸어서 15분 정도라 야경 보고 밤바다 보기에 완벽합니다. 호스엘 체크인이 2시부터라 더욱 좋고 키오스크로 셀프 체크인합니다 직원이 친절했습니다. 타월이랑 샤웡용품이 제공되지 않으니 챙겨오세요. 생각보다 시끄럽기는 하지만 신경쓰일 정도는 아니라 다음에 팔마에 간다면 또 이용할 예정입니다. 근처에 메르까도나 슈퍼가 있고 브런치 먹기에 매우 좋은 카페가 있어요!!

Depuis 9 ans, nous choisissons de séjourner à l’auberge The Boc dans le cadre de nos échanges Erasmus à Palma, principalement pour sa proximité avec le centre. Malheureusement, nous avons constaté une dégradation progressive des services ces dernières années. Tout d’abord, il n’y a plus aucune souplesse en matière de réservation, rendant les ajustements compliqués et frustrants. Cette année, nous avons découvert avec surprise l’absence totale de service de laverie les taxes, de sejour en plus, le service bagagerie 5€ par valise. À cela s’ajoute le fait qu’une seule cuisine sur deux est ouverte, et seulement à partir de 8h. Or, nos élèves commencent leur journée de travail à 7h, ce qui rend l’accès aux repas totalement inadapté à leurs horaires. De plus, la salle de jeux a purement et simplement disparu, retirant un espace de détente pourtant apprécié. Le personnel de service, quant à lui, se montre bruyant dans les couloirs, sans aucune considération pour le repos des résidents. Le personnel d’accueil laisse également à désirer : distant, austère, et peu serviable, il ne contribue en rien à rendre le séjour agréable. Après toutes ces années de fidélité, nous pensons sérieusement à chercher une alternative. Payer aussi cher pour un service aussi dégradé n’est plus justifiable.

Nothing but friendly Absolutely great. Only friendly people as far as the eye could see, coming and going, perfectly balanced between minding one’s own business and having a friendly chat. Patient and English talking staff, cosy shared room with cute tile floors, and rooftop and backyard hangout spots where guests socialised, especially at night!

Good enought for staying fews days J'ai sejourné pour 5 nuits, le sejour etant plaisant. Une chambre pour 2 personnes petite mais suffisant pour dormir. Les douches communes etaient propres. UN peu bruyant dans l'ensemble mais je n'ai pas trouvé le staff assez présent dans les parties communes Je le recommande pour la position géographique

Apenas para 1 noite e nada mais Atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar, o quarto, peçam pra ficar no último andar, da pra ouvir todos os ruídos do andar de cima, pra uma noite apenas, não recomendo mais noites. Escolham o the boc city, do atendimento ao conforto é mil vezes melhor.

Situated in a quieter 'less cool' area of the city, it is affordable and the closest hostel to public transport links. The hostel includes an outside seating area and basic balcony. There are kitchens to use, but you have to pay €5 for the hostel to look after your baggage if you arrive early. It can be noisy outside until around 11pm, with a large playground/sports pitch situated nearby. I shared a 4-bed mixed dorm. The experience often comes down to who you meet, and in November it is quiter than at other times of the year. I slept well on 2 out of 3 nights, but on the final night one young lady's phone alarm started going off at 6am (sound and lights flashing). She didn't wake up at all, but everyone else did. We had to shake her awake and she turned her alarm off. 5 mins later, this happened again. And again. She just kept snoozing it, not waking up and the rest of us were now wide awake! We ended up having to ask reception to put an end to it twice. But the receptionist seemed to be unable to use her authority to get this relentless noise to stop. One of the room guests gave up at 6.30 and just stormed out the hostel. At 7am the lady finally got up, turned all the lights on in the room, and made a racket. She was one of the worst people I have ever had the misfortune of sharing a room with. She didn't apologise once. This is not necessarily a reflection on the hostel itself, and this certainly doesn't happen every night. But it is a warning of what *can* happen, and how little the hostel can act. It was mostly full of Germans, and I made a friend with one of them (we ended up going out for food/drinks the next day). They also hire out bikes for €15 euros, which is certainly competitive. All in all, pretty mixed.

Worst hostel experience ever. When we tried to check in t 22.30 to the dobbelroom we hade paid more then 200 Euros. The guy in the reception told us tht we could not stay there as he was only 14 and claimed we hade shared rooms.. The hotel policy is 14 but he claimed it was 16 years. I advised him to read the regulation on the web page of the hotel and our booking. He had to admit he was wrong. Then he charges us city tax for the 14 year old boy but only a person of 16 years can be charged city tax. The dobbelroom with bath and kitchen was nice furnished. But when we tried to sleep we had a new problem. The windows of the rooms does not close so all the talking (smoking??) from the people in the atrie bellow makes it difficult to sleep. I went down to complain but the guy in the reception told me he that the leader of the hotel wanted it to be open all night. It was not possible to tell the people to be respectfull to the people since they will start again after 5 minutes..He pointed to the machine were i could buy something to put in me ears to sleep. At 03.00 still lots of talking like a nachspiel scene and not possible to sleep.

Personal amable y servicial frente a consultas. Buena ubicacion, cerca de estacion de buses y trenes Recomiendo para comer Bodegón Nigro Andre Feliu 3. Bodegón donde podrás degustar tremendas empanadas Argentinas. NO DUDES. AH! Recomiendo paseo a Soller! NO puedes perderte la aventura en ese tren antiguo e histórico.

L’hygiène est impeccable, la literie confortable , la chambre est spacieuse. Les parties communes sont bien équipées. Les deux roof top très agréables. L’auberge est idéalement placé . Les nuits malgré mes craintes sont calmes et silencieuses Le personnel est très disponible
