Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Staff. Das Frühstück allein ist schon den Aufenthalt wert! Immer wieder sehr, sehr gerne! Ich möchte mich nochmal bei allen bedanken und ich werde wiederkommen. Versprochen!

The Puro Grand is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Superbly decorated, a chilled atmosphere and only 16 bedrooms. Lovely courtyard with Olive trees to have a drink or food in. The hotel is well positioned for the cities main sights. Bedroom was a good size with everything you could ever need. The breakfast could be a la carte or help your self from the buffet, plenty of choice. Cava available with breakfast too! Staff were very helpful and attentive without being overbearing. I’m sure we will return.

Das Hotel liegt toll und ist ein Landmark. Aber leider sehr in die Zeit gekommen! Ich hatte eine Suite gebucht und da es im Zimmer nur 18,4 Grad Celsius hatte, diese gerne wärmer gehabt: ging nicht, weil die (uralte) AC nicht heizen kann. Im Bad war die Lichtsteuerung kaputt weshalb ein Spot auch nachts permanent geleuchtet hat. Es gab nur eine Badewanne und in dieser keine Handdusche. Bei der Badewanne löste sich die Fugenmasse an einigen Stellen sichtbar ab,… Für eine Suite in diesem Hotel schlicht überbewertet. Der nette Mann von der Rezeption meinte er wird unser Anliegen dem GM melden und der kommt dann auf uns zu. Letzterer hat weder beim CheckIn noch beim Frühstück zumindest ein „Hallo“ von sich gegeben. Puro desastro!

This is a super hotel in the centre of Palma Old Town. We arrived very early and after a welcome glass of prosecco on the rooftop we set off to explore. The wonderful Anna on reception gave us a call when our room was ready and we returned through the narrow streets to the hotel. The room was lovely and there were lots of little touches that made the hotel seem very special. We were there for one night only but left feeling that we'd love to return.

Would highly recommend this boutique hotel ! Good value for the quality you get. Fantastic location, great atmosphere in the heart of Palma. Not to mention the breakfast which was also excellent and professional and attentive staff. Cava on arrival.

Just spent a wonderful 4 nights at the Puro Grand. The room was amazing, nice little touches, Nespresso coffee machine, flowers, fabulous toiletries. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a choice of A La Carte or buffet. Staff were attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Verwinkeltens, sehr charmantes, liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel mit vielen süssen Innenhöfen, mehreren Dachterrassen und sehr schönen Zimmern mitten in Palma. Super nettes Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und super lieb umsorgt gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
