We were driving south after leaving Tropea and to tired to drive all the way to the Messina Sicily ferry. We found this 'venue resort" and it was a real find. Rooms were large, restaurant for dinner was great, breakfast included, parking included, reasonably priced. It was dark when we arrived. The next morning we went for breakfast and were blown away by the views and grounds. Perched high above the coast with beautiful terraced gardens and a pool. It became obvious why it was a wedding venue. We ended up spending more time then we planned because it was so relaxing just being there. Staff was so nice too.

Our wedding at this venue was simply dreamy – a true paradise on earth! The atmosphere was magical, the surroundings beautifully maintained, and lovingly designed down to the smallest detail. From start to finish, not only we but also all of our guests were pampered. The service was attentive, warm, and professional – everyone felt welcome and appreciated. The food was an absolute highlight: fresh, creative, and incredibly delicious. Many, many thanks to the entire team – you made our big day unforgettable! An experience to forget. Room with a sewer smell and bathroom with a shower head that when opened remains in my hand (see photo), the technician comes and tries to solve the sewer smell but with poor results. I ask for the room to be replaced and he arrives after two hours (better late than never) the problem is that the sewer smell was also present in the other room, only that they had put a bottle of perfume to mask it. The lady at the reception does not know how to do her job at all, rude and with little patience in solving not unimportant problems. In my father-in-law's room instead there was a float in the toilet that started to make a very annoying noise that accompanied him from 4 in the morning until the morning. The terrace overlooking the sea actually has solar panels that also act as a roof with electrical wires without sheath (see photo) but if you open their website it all looks beautiful. Finally we go to bed and when we open the sheets we find a nice dirty stain to say goodbye (see photo). At checkout we ask for a discount and they offer us 5% which makes me laugh and then it goes up to €50 on a total of about 480. I expected one of the two free rooms given the many inconveniences we had.

I stayed and dined in this structure on the occasion of an evening wedding. The structure is beautiful but spread over several levels, this involves the continuous use of stairs, there are elevators but they are insufficient on the occasion of events with a massive participation of people. The small swimming pool suitable for the ritual photos is located in the lowest part of the resort, where there are also some bedrooms, which are not up to the standard of a resort as they are very spartan and the beds are modest with a wrought iron structure and there is no safe, the cleanliness of the shower leaves much to be desired. As for lunch divided into various steps, the appetizer buffet with free tables and average dishes consumed in the Templars room where there is an air-conditioned area and an outdoor part in the heat. To consume the first and second courses we moved to the upper room, closed and well air-conditioned even if the dishes that were served, in terms of quality, were not up to the standard of a gala dinner. Finally, to consume the dessert we moved first to the pool to cut the cake and then we went back up to the Templars' room to consume some sweets and fruit. In summary, the structure is beautiful, surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking view of the sea, even if after sunset the darkness takes over, improvements are needed for the dishes and the rooms. The structure has a large parking lot but does not have access to the sea.

The place is exceptional all round: from the enchanting location, to the coolness of the spacious rooms in tuff to the professionalism and 360-degree availability of all the staff in the hall, kitchen and dining room. A special applause to two young professionals Franco and Isabella who welcomed me with familiarity and professionalism and followed me in the same way throughout my stay. Very large, very well-kept structure with a breathtaking view. Upon my arrival, they kindly offered me a drink on the terrace. The room with a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea in the background is worth the expense. Very professional and kind staff. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant near the resort very well. Very attractive price. Only the bathroom would need a refresh.
