Golfing - (Riverton Country Club, Pennsauken Country Club, Ron Jaworski's Riverwinds Golf & Tennis Club). 11 car parking lot (RV's, boats, cars, trucks, etc.) Plenty of room for all vehicles. 4 Flat screen 4k smart TV's (4 total). Fully furnished - Kitchen (Air fryer, knife set, Keurig, Coffee drip, toaster, microwave, Island w/bar stools, cutting board, utensils, healthy nonstick pots and pans, cooking utensils). Security system Beautiful Balcony - (Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and the beautiful night sky while the planes fly by without the noise of the planes). Very peaceful at night. Fully furnished 2 full bathrooms. REC room with futon. Dining room table and set.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pet must be well trained. Extremely clean! Well stocked. Nice neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for better. Jerry is a great host and communicator. We had a small concern and he took care of it immediately. Very impressed. We would stay here again.

Awesome Place to Stay! This place was awesome for my family of 5. The downstairs has a bedroom on the main floor with a living room and kitchen and then the upstairs has an awesome living area with a futon and a bedroom. The upstairs gave the kiddos their own private space and allowed my wife and I to enjoy hanging out downstairs while the kids were in bed. I would definitely recommend this place and host was awesome at communication and helping answer questions as needed!

Experience The location of the house is very good , the neighbors are also very good, just a tip for the owners, they need to improve the size of the beds and add another bed because a family like mine of 2 adults and 3 children found it difficult to sleep with only two queen beds in the house and another thing could be added a washing machine and a dryer, doing this I believe everything will be perfect and the guests will be satisfied with everything else the house was very good

The Gregg residence Such a peaceful and comfortable stay! The space was clean, quiet, and just as described. The location was super convenient, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

17 Day stay The loft was a little warm but Jerry left fans and AC unit to help cooldown area. My teen was happy. We stayed 17 days. Great location close to highways and shopping. Friendly neighbors. Will stay at location again.
