Leland Hotel Palo Alto

兩間房間，一個小衣帽間，一個小衞生間和浴室，佈局合理，非常乾淨衞生，周圍環境挺好，晚上不吵，感覺挺好，意料之外。

Small motel. It's old. It's not fancy. But it was clean and the bed was way more comfortable than I expected. Memory foam. Nice pillows. Modern outlets with USB. Easy parking right by your room. I LOVED the self check-in system. It couldn't have worked better in my opinion. You book. They send you a text with all the codes and instructions you need. Didn't have to talk to a single staff member the whole time for either checking in or out. Wish all hotels did that! I came from several hours away and spent the whole day at the hospital before getting to the room. At some point during the day I started feel bad. By the time I got to the room I had a fever and was feeling like crud. It was so nice to park, walk 15 feet to the room, put the code in at the door, and hit the bed without having to go to a front desk and all that. I was on the bottom floor. I'd read reviews that those can be really loud. I lucked out and it was very quiet all night. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was super clean, and decorated so cute. The bed was very comfortable. The toiletries were great and I didn't have to take any. The price and location is great. It was very quiet at night. I already booked it again for next month. I definitely will be back.

Definitely a motel not a hotel. No one on-site. Access to the lobby and to your room are via smart lock codes that they message you after you confirm your identity with government ID and photo that you share using your smartphone. I had to call to get this information as a business (which I will never use again) booked the travel arrangements. Take care of this before you arrive or you’ll be outside of a motel room on a busy street fiddling with your phone. The lobby entrance is not where you expect to be. If you’re facing what you think is the lobby entrance, go right and you will find the lobby entrance behind the stairwell. I would not have picked such lodging for myself, but I’m not going to bad mouth a motel for just existing and being a motel. If you want a hotel experience, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a motel, this may be right up your alley.

Very good experience! I’ve stayed here multiple time and compared to the other motels / hotel off of el Camino in its price range Kasa beats them hands down. It’s on the smaller side but the rooms have been remodeled and are up to date. Room was very clean and virtual front desk makes everything a breeze.

Very nice room, modern, clean and comfortable. The check-in process is fully by phone/online, so some people may not like it, but it worked perfectly for us. I was able to get early check-in (maybe I should have asked for it sooner!) and extra towels, so all in all it worked seamlessly. Good location and a very good price.
