This property is located at University Ave, PaloAlto. It is just one mile away from down town Palo alto. It is 1.5 mile away from Stanford University. It is two wile away from FB Technology company. You can walk to the campus of Stanford and down town of PaloAlto. very good location , 101 free way is just around corner . It is very nice neighborhood. there are two people can stay, you want to stay three people. it is ok ,but a little crowded About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:this house can not have a party, please keep quite.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

The place was clean,comfortable, in a convenient location, and had all the amenities that I needed. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding experience. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it was as fantastic as the first. Great location. Clean and well represented by the pictures. Easy to drive to and from Stanford campus (we were here for a sports camp). Having a washer/dryer is a huge plus. I couldn’t ask for more. Communication was excellent. I will stay here again anytime I am back in Palo Alto!

Clean!
Spotless ADU on beautiful property in lovely Palo Alto. Landlord was responsive. Neighborhood is great but a long walk to Stanford. A light outside the property would be useful. Would recommend this property for one person or a couple.
