Would not recommend. It is so hot and stuffy in the room, and we tried to turn on the AC at night, it's not working at all ,we asked reception to help, they were not helpful and just said they can't do anything. Shout out to the laundry lady, she's the only one that helps with us. No fan or air flow in the room, found it very hard to fall asleep. Power went off a few times at the first night, hot water was not working for a while day. The place itself had a lot of issues. There is a balcony door, but there were so many mosquitoes in the room, we killed 10 in 2 days. Sewage smells super bad in the bathroom too. Pro- Location was good, breakfast was not bad, bed was comfy.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.

It was a nice hotel, stuff was friendly and breakfast was nice. We stayed one night, but we enjoyed.

Naturalis Pamukkale Otel was a lovely place to stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy. Great location, just a short walk to the travertines. Would definitely stay again!

這是我在土耳其旅遊10天裏住的酒店條件最好的了，好歹裝修和管理有點連鎖酒店的樣子。在這裏簡直住着太舒服了，就是早晨有一會唱經，價格也算合理，洗澡水太爽了很強力，像是在洗浴中心洗澡，room 內部和圖片一致。忘記拍了。 服務人員也很熱情。含地中海式的早餐，非常不錯很健康。 神廟和棉花堡是在一起的，建議先開車到神廟遊客中心，小汽車停車費120lira 。先看神廟然後順便看棉花堡，可以泡腳。買門票30歐元的就可以。

為玩透久已想往的棉花堡，搭機住在堡下鎮裏的雖不大但設施新又齊全的酒店，過道出口就是直通堡下門的大道，清晨出店就領略道旁眾多彩色氣球的騰空，數百米就到人稀即脱鞋上白色世界的下門，是最佳的拍照路線，酒店的的位置真是不錯。房間不大設施齊全，空調給力，熱水夠足，網絡挺順，電源插座多，十分方便，早攴特別豐畗，是我們多年旅行感覺最好的早餐！樓地衹三層且裝了十分豪華的電梯，感覺確實值得推薦的酒店！

有點像國內的一百多的快捷酒店，不過可能在鎮上已經算不錯了，位置還可以，步行七八分鐘就可以到棉花堡入口，到鎮中心也差不多七八分鐘吧。早餐就是一人一份這樣。

Новый отель, который находится относительно недалеко травертин, если добираться на автомобиле. Номер просторный, свежий, полотенца, тапочки, вода, шампунь, гель для душа, мыло - все есть. Завтрак обычный Турецкий, вкусный. Персонал услужливый

Были одну ночь,цена -качество ,на отлично.

物美價廉，停車方便，熱水充足，離棉花堡很近，早上房間可以看到漫天熱氣球。

Alles war Top! Sehr nette Gastfamilie, tolle Lage

性價比之王，離棉花堡景區中門很近。酒店非常新，有個小遊泳池，早餐相當的豐富。
