Boardwalk Beach Resort by Royal American Beach Getaways

Second time coming, won't be back. First time there were mix up with reservations, and the young lady at check in had no idea what she was doing so it took forever to get checked in. And then today...had to come into town for work and decided to stay here again because it was pretty much my only option. Within 5 minutes of entering my room I notice there is sand on the floor. That had me started to investigate the entire room. I found red smears on the sheets and wall next the bathroom door (pictures as proof) , even more sand on the bed sheet you sleep on (had to call for a ne bed sheet. was greeted with attituded from housekeeper). That tells me they made the bed, but didn't care to change out the sheets or blankets. Sadly it didn't stop there as the entire room smells strongly of mold. This tells me that with all the water from the pool and the ocean the hotel isn't keeping up with proper cleaning procedures. The hotel tried to cover the smell with over powering air freshener, making it difficult to breathe. I'm stuck here until my job is done, and they can't get me a different room. Wow! At this point I'd rather sleep in my car in the Walmart parking lot. Oh, and the TV...every channel is so fuzzy it's hard to make out what your even watching. Someone should investigate this hotel. Photo in review is of unknown red substance that was discovered on bed sheets right next to the pillows.

The COA is not responsible for the contents and care of the interior of the condo. The COA manages and maintains the common areas of the building. In the last 1+ years several things have been upgraded at the Boardwalk Central - bathroom facilities on promenade deck, pool, splash pad, pool furniture, automatic doors which provide ADA access to pool and beach area. Other upgrades are in the works.

RACIST. Employees racially profile and kick people of color off of the premises! Its absolutely disgusting and the employees need to face consequences. Do not book these condos if you are a person of color! Do NOT give these people your money.
