Nice condo with view of pool and ocean, convenient location to stores and restaurants. Looked forward to a nice relaxing time disappointed to find loud music plays constantly all day long every day at the pool. You have to holler to talk to each other. Would be nice to hear the wind and waves. Had to keep doors and windows closed, was quite annoying. Maybe should just have music from noon until 4:00? But for a limited time not all the time. Gave you a headache after awhile.

Dirty, smelly vacation accommodations.
My stay was not what I expected, the unit cleanliness was well below my expectations.The floors were visible dirty as well as counter tops in the kitchen. Upon initial entry of the unit, the odour was moldy and musky, this odour remained for my entire stay. The sofa had a covering that was obviously filthy seemed as if it has not been washed for a very long time. I was very disappointed with the unit - the smell and overall cleanliness made my stay uncomfortable.

The absolute WORST place to stay. If you want to be followed around by security like you’re 5 years old please feel free to be a guest. Security walked around the pool taking peoples things (towels, shoes, clothes) if they didn’t see anyone sitting with them. Security felt “threatened” and made false accusations when we asked them to back away from us because they were BOTH way too close to my husband. Immediately after said “threatening” before we could even get out of the pool the security officer called the cops to come evict us from our condo. 2 families, 5 children and this “man” felt really good, laughing the whole way back to our condo watching us pack and leave. He antagonized both husbands of our families and thought it was okay to lie on the report that was made. I’ve been to Panama City and vacationed here for over 10 years, I have never been to a more disrespectful, rude place.

My daughter, who is 10, her 10 year old friend, a Mom (late 30s), and her Mom (70s) were all evicted late at night, on the first night of a week long trip, because the 10 year olds dropped an ice cube off the balcony. A tiny ice cube from the refrigerator. No warning to the kids, no nothing. It was the most absurd thing I've ever heard, and no one would produce a video, of what they claimed was the 10 year olds chucking bricks of ice from the balcony. When I called security to see what was going on, I basically got screamed at, and they told me they would arrest the adult who booked the room and charge them with felony assault. When I asked how security even saw it from the 15th floor; they said it was because they were evicting someone from the 7th floor and saw it. I called the PCB Police the next day to confirm and they said that was untrue.

Cute on the outside. Spirals from there. Staff was friendly at first, but then there’s the “security.” I’ve seen more menacing looking security at a Dollar Tree…not even a Dollar a general or a Family Dollar, but a Dollar Tree. They prance around looking like extras from Paul Blart:Mall Cop, just waiting for some Makenzie or Braxton to throw up their White Claws off a balcony. Need help beyond the skill set of the front desk? You’re better off calling Comcast, waiting on hold for 7.4 hours, and asking one of their technicians to relocate to the gulf area and take over for this crew. Incredibly unprofessional. Incredibly unhelpful. But, oddly, incredibly nice flowers in the entrance. I gladly rate this entire experience 1 underwhelmed star.

Our condo was on the 13th floor. It was a very nice condo, but there are only 3 elevators for 22 floors and 1 of them was broken part of the time we were there. The wait time for an elevator was ridiculous and like nothing I remember ever experiencing before and I’ve been going to the beach for years. The parking situation is also not good. The parking garage is across the street from the beachfront tower, and doesn’t have assigned places so it’s a free for all. It’s aggravating to say the least to have to circle the garage repeatedly to find a parking space every time you go somewhere, especially when you have to pay a fee to park in addition to the condo price. Thankfully we had beautiful weather the whole week, and of course the beach was amazing. We ended up having a great vacation, but would have enjoyed it more if not for the elevator wait time and the parking situation which are both ridiculous when you consider how much it costs to stay at the Grand Panama. We will definitely not be staying there again for this reason.

This hotel is not for people of color. The receptionist was very rude. Security, dishonest, threatening, and condescending; the manager on duty rude, disregarded our complaint, & was condescending.

We rented a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in Tower 1, overlooking the beach. The condo itself and the resort amenities were exactly what we were looking for, and exceeded expectations.

The place was very dirty the floors were so dirty that just walking around the place the bottom of your feet turned black you had to wash them before you could put shoes on tThesink smelled musty and don't even open the dishwasher you would gag from the smell the staff was rude and didn't care said the place had been cleaned that morning and the bed was a tiny double bed with an egg crate bed topper stuffed under the sheets very uncomfortable we slept apart most of the week And when you talk to the staff if you could find one that spoke English nobody cared and said it was cleaned that morning that you arrived and there was nothing to be done. I paid $200 for cleaning fee and all they did was sweep the floor. There was papers and bottles behind the dresser and tv stand. Very disappointed !!
