ルーム備え付けのヘヤードライヤーが壊れていたので交換を頼んだが、なかなか持ってきてくれない。催促の電話をすると先ほど渡した「壊れている」ドライヤーをまた持ってきた。客の利便性など何も考えていないのがよくわかる。

Worth the money if compared to other pangkor island hotels, good location and nice staff

Отличное расположение - пляж напротив, рядом есть кафе. Обслуживание хорошее, бассейн чистый, завтрак нормальный. Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но и отель не 5 звезд. Тут подают пару видов фруктов, пару видов горячего, есть кофе/чай/тосты и т.д. В целом, это средний отель без изыска и излишеств за хорошую цену. Нам всё понравилось и если еще раз приезжать на панкгор, мы бы вернулись в этот отель.

Nice location, clean, worth the money. 2 minutes want the beach. Have own swimming pool too. Fit my needs as I have a pair of 10 and 13 yrs old children. They play in the pool and later on go to the beach.

We like the convenient location and service oriented staff. The Manager, Mr Chan, was very friendly and helpful.

房間大，周圍風景很美，對面就是海灘，游泳很開心。服務好，酒店前台有求必應有問必答態度好。下次去玩還入住。

Overall still ok.
