Overpriced for what it is. The beds are rock hard, we ran out of water and separately couldn’t have a hot shower. The tv wasn’t working. Even simple things like missing towels and not being able to use a credit card. The staff are great at being attentive to something going wrong but this stuff should’ve been fixed before we started our stay If this was cheaper I wouldn’t be too critical but it shouldn’t be this expensive with so many simple things missing or not working Lot of black mould too

Worst hotel i ever been, rooms has lots of cockroaches, no hot shower, the bed is very hard its like you are sleeping in the floor. Not worth staying there you will get stress.. Please dont stay here if you want a stress free vacation then avoid this hotel

The place was eh. - Room The good, Room was clean, Air Conditioning worked well. Complimentary toiletries. Room was cleaned everyday with refreshment of towels. The bad, Ceiling in restroom was unfinished with screws still showing and could tell the moisture & humidity had already done its damage and there’s mold in some spot of the caulking. Bed was super hard and the fridge didn’t work. Hangers to hang clothing would have been nice as well. We had only had 2. - Internet Internet was non existent. Kept dropping out. Making it really difficult to do any work or even get emails heaven forbid you try and load a website. - Hospitality Staff was super friendly and the complimentary shuttle to Alona was great. Welcome drink was kind of a joke. They offered us Nestea. When we asked if they had anything else we were told we’d have to pay extra. Breakfast was not great but edible. Only allowed 1 complimentary instant coffee for each person. -Pool Pool was clean

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are very basic but ok. However, the beds are horrible and really hard!!! Trouble sleeping and problems with our back. The staff was friendly and tried to add extra cover on the bed, but unfortuantely it did not help that much. The air condition is very good, but it is very loud. The first impression of the breakfast was not so good, but the the food was actually very good. They had pancakes, waffles, eggs, nuddles, rice, fruit and so on. There was almost no one staying at the hotel, but still we got a room facing a construction area instead of the pool area which was disappointing. Overall our stay was good, but the beds are a big negative.

Definitely not my favourite hotel - in fact I left after the first night of my 3 night booking & forfeited my payment for the remaining nights. BED... If you like sleeping on a FIRM bed similar to a timber floor, then the bed will suit you fine. If you prefer a more luxurious softer bed then book a different hotel. Even when Housekeeping put 2 comforters between the bed & the sheet, it was still HARD. BATHROOM Again very different to usual Filipino standards. On the bed were 2 face washers & 2 towels (about the size of typical western hand towels), plus in the bathroom was 2 "Bath Towels" (narrow long flimsy open weave fabric) for exfoliating your body not drying it. Getting dry after the shower was definitely a challenge. BREAKFAST For a westerner, there was no cereal to start the day. The buffet containers for both the fried eggs & the back were empty, so I asked if they could be replenished. The hostess immediately went to the kitchen & promptly returned with a plate of fried eggs & another plate of bacon. I thought YIPPEE, I will have fresh hot breakfast, but I was sadly disappointed as both the eggs & the bacon were cold - obviously left on a bench in the kitens after being cooked sometime earlier. If you want butter to go with your sweet toast, you have to ask for it. Vegemite on sweet toast is a strange taste. Cappucino coffee is NOT included in breakfast. POWER OUTLETS If you have travelled to the Philippines you will know that their power outlets are two flat vertical pins. NOT HERE, they are the Korean recessed circular pins which made charging my devices a challenge. Thankfully reception had Korean/Filipino adapters. POOL It was nice!
