رد من مكان الإقامة: Hello ,Let me start first to say this couple arrived already at the resort very grumpy.The temperature in the Philippines at that moment was around 33 degrees and the water was working at the moment they stepped into the villa . So the accusations of no hot water at the first day is wrong.The water ( solar on the top of the roof had a problem so the water on the second day was getting colder as usual. We asked our maintenance to look at it immediately but there was a spare part that was broken and needed to be replaced. But this did not mean the water was cold : )The lady was extremely rude and aggressive as we tried to explain that the spare part had to come from Manila and so we offered indeed a compensation and even another villa . They refused the other villa . It was as she wanted just the whole refund and wanted to leave . That was her goal . I understand some people do not like peace and relaxation in a peaceful environment. They did not like the hotel .While talking to the lady in a nice way she even opened all windows purposely and let the mosquitoes fly in . Politely asking if she could respect and close them in respect of the next guest she refused and said : close it yourself.It was especially the lady that was very aggressive and racist as she called us the white ones .We are in the Philippines and so we need to adapt if there is a small issue. It’s a small island and things cannot be fixed in 1,2,3 .We have all respect for that but unfortunately not everyone has this respect.Nothing was good enough for those people and everything we offered has not been accepted . So this is really a bad attitude from their part and so we prefer not to have those people anymore in our resort .We have amazing reviews on all platforms but then you cannot please everyone.Kind Regards,-The Halamanan team

رد من مكان الإقامة: Hello there Yebaihe, we are sincerely sorry if ever you feel that way but in our side we made the best we can and we even suggests some options to amend the situation. We even suggest you to take another Villa to accommodate you all since we have an available one during that time or just simply upgrade your reservation into our Two-bedroom Villa so you can stay all together. Anyway, at the very first place it is not our mistake since once you made a reservation it is clearly stated in our Hotel Policy, the Maximum capacity we can only accommodate per Villa and for that we are very strict regarding with extra persons ( a rule and a matter of security because of the fire protection). On top of that, yes you are a family of two and you booked 2 Villas with 2 people each in which makes you 4 people in total; but the thing is you arrived in 7 persons which means you came more than what you booked and as what I said earlier we are just following our Rules for the security and safety of our guests. As for the refund, we also informed you before you cancelled your reservation that your Booking is Non-refundable since you made the cancellation actual on your check-in date. It is clearly stated also in our Policy that you can only take your full refund payment if you made the cancellation 30days prior check-in date. But, even though we had such a subpar encounter; we are still grateful that you once consider to book at our property. Regards,-Halamanan Management🌺🌿

For the road we cannot do something about it since it is a private road going to the property. Halamanan is nature and tranquility.
